    1. Purple fruits/veg - anthocyaninas 2. Yellow- green fruits/veg - b- carotene 3. Orange-red fruits/veg - vit c 4. Watercress 5. Beans/lentils - low gi 6. Good fats 7. Stay away from white - sugar flour

    Why can't we let people age? Wrinkles are perfectly fine and normal, we can't let the elderly live in peace either can we?

    Processed oils aren't health foods at all, they're highly processed and rarely 100%, but instead usually a blend and is 120 calories in one tablespoon.
