I like the cool desserts better than show drama too. And to be really honest I prefer desserts to chocolate sculptures too.😊

The look in itself is already mind-blowing, but it just looks so incredibly delicious as well! The sugar bubble is my favorite technique you've shown in your show and I'm always so excited to see all you can do just by bending sugar and chocolate to your will! And all of that always with the smile of someone's who's having a ton of fun doing what they do!

I'm down with that! Heck, I'll volunteer to be a taste-tester! Lol.. *I love ice cream a years ago, my family and I toured an ice cream facility (Blue Bell, in Brenam TX) and on our tour, I asked the guide if they were hiring for taste-testers! They thought it was a joke, but I was serious!
