After seeing Baking Impossible, I think Amaury can make a chocolate engine for a movable edible chocolate car. Here’s hoping he tries something like that in the second season of School of Chocolate.

I think this work is his happy place. Like he's just zenned out and loving it the whole time. 🍫🎨

The fact that this man puts so much time into making these sculptures (especially in chocolate and other ingredients) blows my mind. He just needs to put so much precision in his project makes my day. In fact, his content is always good and whenever I watch him, it makes my day. I thank you for putting up such beautiful work and content.

I believe the project he himself destroys/cuts open right after making it is for the content only, but this one as you can tell is probably ordered.

He’ll be commissioned by very rich clients .. I bet they sell for 1000s - he doubles up on smaller projects to show the inside at the end - not the bigger projects
