Same here. My old pastry chef would be going crazy to see these. I sure as hell never! did anything like this. Half of us couldn't draw much less make something like these. So jealous.😳

I loved it! It was a school but also a competition! He didn’t solely pick the best person to win the challenge he also picked the person who learned from the challenge the most!

That's the most amazing piece of art I've seen. Absolutely mind blowing 🤯

Is there a James Beard award strictly for cholatiers? If not, there needs to be one. This man deserves to be in the history books for all future generations. He is a genius & should be honored as such.
