This new chocolate creation is very dear to me!
It weighs 115lbs and peak at 7ft, it is my highest showpiece yet.
I came to the US 8 years ago and finally became a citizen recently, it was really important for me to mark the occasion on this special holiday using a powerful symbol offered by the French to the United states as a gift of friendship.

Painting, sculpting, pottery, carpentry, construction, drawing, crafting, paint spray, engineering...everything in one video, which consists nothing but chocolate! Guys the way he has recorded it looks easy but we all know how much patience, hardwork & diligence this guy has put in.

Part of my fascination with these videos is just how clever some of these tricks are. Like, I would have never expected saran wrap placed over melted chocolate to create perfect cloth folds

All your work is stunning, but the Statue of Liberty piece is a masterpiece.
His work is SO beautiful, with hard work, happiness, love, and talent mixed in with every piece of chocolate! His work 100% deserves to be put in a museum to share his talent around the world! He is so entertaining as well, I could watch him for years without getting bored!!!
Two very different artistic skill sets coming together here. Some people could build a perfect base, but then the statue would look like a potato. Some could build a perfect statue, but not have the proper planning or skill to put together the base. You're incredible, Mr. Chocolate Man.

The attention to detail is so amazing! And I love the technique of using cellophane with still-liquid chocolate to create the fabric folds! Brilliant!

Every time he posts a video I just shake my head because it’s so good. I wonder if 100s of years from now people will look at his work and call him an art genius the way we admire artists like Picasso, Van Gogh, Renoir etc. I’m no art expert but he seems like an art genius to me.
I found this channel once by accident courtesy of the rhythm and now I cannot stop watching. The combined artistic level required for this person to perform these fabrications is beyond anything I would ever be capable of.

My guess would be somewhere around 20 hours minus the time it takes for the chocolate to harden. Carving the details into the statue took a lot of time, the rest could be done in a few hours

Yep, combining talents. Reminds of Lindsey Stirling - as good a violinist as dancer, and loves both. Which career path would you choose? She made a decision and became the renowned dancing violinist.

The proof of this man's attention to detail is the fact that the gave the statue a Morton's Toe (a condition in which the second toe is longer than the first toe )
