The Enochian Language - History and Analysis of the Magic Angelic Alphabet revealed to Dr John Dee

The Enochian Language as revealed to Dr. John Dee and Edward Kelley is perhaps one of the most enduringly fascinating events in the history of western esotericism. In this episode I explore the origins of the Angelic or Enochian Alphabet along with historical context in which it emerged including a paleographic analysis of the nature and possible origins of the script!

It is not like Polish has no vowels, Polish has exactly 1 vowel for every syllabe :D Example: 1) name "Grzegorz" you read as "gre-gor" with very, very hard "R" sounding almost like English "ZH". 2) surname "Przewalski" is "pre-val-ski" (with hard R). 3) word "szczebel" (a ladderstep) would be written in English orthography as "shchebel", just read it to disprove this impression of "no vowels". It was easy, wasn't it? :D Our brothers Srbs have no vowels, literally, and Slovaks like to skip 90% of vowels too, just check the name "Strbskie Plso"

What an amazing age we live in. Back in the day, up until the late 1990s, you had to have access to a university campus, bookstore or local think tank/foundations to hear someone like this give a talk. And these speakers would be dependent on selling their books or getting a tenure track chair at a local college. Now, intellectuals among us can open up shop on KZread or other platforms and we have access to them! I do miss the "community" of attending lectures, but I also appreciate the access we have now to interesting thinkers!

It almost feels like the old magic languages relate more to computer programming languages than normal speech. If you want to interact with a certain type of chip/micro controller you use the language and syntax that it requires. It feels similar with all the esoteric stuff as well. Why would magic use gain a structure similar to programming? Can the "celestial CPU" be contacted, or even crazier, be given "programming inputs" via words/sound? Spoken into being is very close to programmed into being. Words are used in both cases in the same way. Just a weird thought.

Having spent an embarrassingly large amount of time whittling goose feathers in failed attempts to make passable quill pens, I was always completely vexed by the angelic letters. I dreamt of many Enochian Angelic symbols not to be confused with Wiccan or Theban letters. I found out what they were by waking up and drawing them and finding out what they were. I didn’t see them before in this lifetime until I dreamt of them. I took three from my memory in my dream to take with me to my conscious life and drew them and then researched similar looking symbols and letters. The Angelic Zibu Runes which look somewhat cursive are the symbols I saw and drew.

I can use a lot of fancy words and big profane and ignorant absent- and simple-minded words to say a whole lot of things that aren't relevant to anyone but people who have hate in their heart. Thank you, sir, for at least trying to teach those who don't have the competence to understand rational thought. Best wishes and good things to all of you and yours.

Thankyou Justin for sharing this episode on the Enochian alphabet. Yoir observation of the possible relation to the Tironian notes is fascinating it reminded me of some similarities I noticed almost three decades ago of the initial script and anglosaxon court scripts. I am very much looking forward to seeimg tue next two episodes.

As someone who writes left-handed, I wish English were written right to left. I'd have avoided the smudge of pencil graphite on my palm in elementary school. And yes, I've since then learned about a backward slanting handwriting that would have helped. I was in my thirties when I encountered it.

@@_S0urR0ses_ languages they were originally written on parchment were left to right, languages carved into stone were right to left. Both easier for a right handed person. That’s the theory I find convincing, anyway.
