I started to save others the trouble of calling me crazy when I began to believe it myself. For years I lived according to what others told me, then I woke up and began clearing my life of that toxicity. For one who never believed in themselves to become the outspoken person who stands up for those who are supressed came as a surprise for those I left behind, THEY say the CRAZY has spread hehe

I was called Crazy and Weird for so many decades. At age 51, I realized that being crazy or weird in the eyes of the public just means that I'm stepping outside of THEIR comfort zone and they don't understand it. It's all good. I'd rather be "crazy" and "weird" than "normal" (whatever that means). Normal is boring.

Nina w A simple routine it will change your life is to write down three things that you’re grateful for when you get up in the morning before you go to bed. When you do this take a few deep breaths and really breath in the gratitude to you heart and connect with it fully. At the same time eliminate News, email, and other online activity when you wake up and before you go to bed. Fill you first and last thoughts with gratitude and joy. It will make a huge difference.
