You mean to say NTA is not purely a govt body?.....Then why has the task of conducting the exam been entrusted to them?.......why?.... any cuts...any share paid to those in the govt?
One of the best interviews which I have watched till date with - Dr. Vijender Chauhan who is an UPSC interviewer and a thorough professional who is from the education system. His knowledge is adorable and has to be applauded. His explanation is very precise and to the point. I am sure anyone who watches this interview will agree with him. Only after watching this interview did I come to know that - National Testing Agency (NTA) is not a Government body, not a board, not a department, not a commission but merely a society under the society's registration act with very limited accountability. Why is it that the task of conducting a national level exam has been entrusted to NTA? He also explains as to what will be the consequences under both scenarios : (1) If Re-NEET is not conducted. (2) If Re-NEET is conducted. His explanation turns out to be valid under both the situations. He further adds as to what should be the ideal pick out of both the scenarios for the best to happen. Share this video with maximum people so that there is more awareness.

After all this loop holes and the chaos created by NTA. The govt or the ministry still has not banned NTA from further conducting exams . Rather they are trying to make NTA stay for future examination purpose and all. People should also demand to ban NTA for once and for all and ask to the govt why they are adamant on keeping NTA still going on for future examination purpose. This I think is a major red flag .
DG NTA is just like chairman of housing society who has good rapo with the local corporator & serves the society by outsourcing services like plumbing, painting, electricians etc.. after ensuring everybody pays maintainance.
We cant give reexam every time when nta or govt fails to provide a fair exam, mental health of students must be taken into issue, without that we cant give the same effort every attempt…Those shouting reneet most probably have nothing to lose , NEET is a matter of 99% hardwork and 1% luck, we cant gamble on a year worth of drop year loss after getting both hardwork and luck this time, I m sure those that tried hard but luck wasn’t in their favour wants to give reneet than to take another drop, just like that we value when luck is in our favour after years of hardwork, no reNEET!
