The price is a little steep for the size but it's a decent property otherwise. Are the compressors behind the panel next to the seating area by the tub and if so, what's the noise level?

Again I say to you. Do you not advise on pricing to the owners?? That is a really small one bedroom. Rent should be under 20 000 bht and selling price no more than 5 million. Yes there some view, but it’s tiny. Give me a break. Especially when there a new condo go up over year, which makes it more of a buyers market. 😂😂😂😂😂

Sadly, they rarely listen. The Edge is overpriced and is a Hotspot for daily renters But as always, we like to show all options available

The price seems steep for a 33sqm eben in a brand new building. So the edge and the base are where it’s at? I got a place at Unnix, cheaper but still very nice and close to the action

Unnix is a nice choice! I'm personally not a fan of the EDGE, but time and time again it proves extremely popular for it's location and the facilities on offer

We have three units here. One sold yesterday to a Chinese buyer for 7 million up on the 28th floor These units can bring in monthly rental fees of 25k+. They management also allow for airbnb rentals, so they can be quite a good investment as many tourists like the idea of staying here For me, I just like to show a number of different options that are currently on the market

This is one of the reasons we tend to show less properties in Central locations as the price tags just don't seem worth it

I agree about the room, but facilities wise this place is extremely good

Too small to be anything other than a holiday home/investment property. That gym is incredible for a condominium complex though.

Totally agree. Not for full time living, unless you are happy to spend most of your time using the facilities Very popular destination on airbnb though!
