Corruption, greed, crime, racism, lack of leadership, etc. Are the reasons why we aren't living to our potential as a country. This country is blessed with talent in all aspects of life, expertise on a broad spectrum of things, abundance of skills from all professions 🥺🥺 it pains me to see how much all that is wasted.

You might not have a hundred million dollars to invest, but that doesn’t mean your money can’t share in the same opportunities available to others. You work hard for your money; make sure your money works hard for you.

To manage investment risk, consider maintaining a broad diversification of your investments that reflects your personal risk tolerance, time horizon, and the nature of your financial goal. Remember, diversification is an approach to help manage investment risk. It does not eliminate the risk of loss if security prices decline.Because investing can be complicated, consider working with a financial professional to help guide you on your wealth-building journey.

I wouldn't mind living in the country portrayed in the video, but sadly, I live in the real South Africa... The one with the highest Gini coefficient in the world... The country that's one of the world's murder capitals... The country that snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in 1994 when we stood at the entrance doors of Miracle Palace. For the last 150 years, South Africa has been ruled by self-serving ideologists. The citizens have never been part of the equation. The country is fast getting to the point of no return. But thanks for reminding us where we could have been.

This is really a misleading video, and I suspect some of the comments are paid. Institutions like the IMF, World Bank and rating agencies tell another more realistic story. Are the trains in your video these Spanish ones that couln't be used? There are a lot of videos on social media showing he railway and road systems in state of total neglect. The SAA is for all practical reasons gone, and the energy situation dire---loadshedding an ongoing problem. Sadly, you do not know what a real economy looks like---thats why you are serving us this bullshit.

I think if you are white and complaining then you should look in the mirror. If Africans were fully integrated into the economy none of the problems you complain about would be happening. The U.S. and Brazil have had decades to get it right and they still haven’t done right by Black/dark skin people. The problem for white South Africans is that they compare themselves to the Western world while avoiding looking at the extreme shortcomings of those same nations, most of whom are wealthy due to extracting from non-European countries. If RSA were like the other settler nations (U.S. Canada Australia and New Zealand) they consider themselves okay because they could do what these nations did and ignore the non-white minority and be “in the club”, problem is that Africans are the majority and they generally seem to hate that.

Our economy is rather lack luster and stagnant at best. This video paints a very rosey picture which is dishonest and severely lacking in research. I don't want to be the pessimistic person but I'm not going to be dishonest here. The 2% growth this economy supposedly experience per annum is nothing but a farce. It is mostly due to the growth of the pension fund. With constant Blackouts/loadshedding being the norm, there is no reason to believe that the economy is moving forward. Many foreign companies have packed up and left. Many a thousand of HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals) have also left the country. And when the rich starts to leave the you know there is something wrong. A simple google search is all you need. I will be optimistic again once this government is out. Corruption amongst other things are our biggest bottle neck at this stage. In what world does ex-ministers still get unlimited travel benefits across the globe which was only recently reduced to 8 per year? And don't tell me that the rainbow nation is a work in progress, it has being 28 years since this government have taken over and I'm not seeing the progress that they had promised. Time for people to remove the lids over their eyes. A free t-shirt before election cycle is not going to solve the problem!

Wealthy people distort domestic economies. The 2% growth is a legacy of apartheid. The ANC and the government are not one and the same.

@@BlackDoveNYC What are you talking about? A legacy of Apartheid? Seriously!? The economy was booming under Apartheid. Do you even understand how economics work? The Anc and the government is very much intertwined. You know, since they have had a majority since 1994, which is hopefully about to change next year. My point being that you yourself have no understanding of how economics work and resorts to petty accusations of the previous regime even though the Anc have being in control for over 30 years.
