Yes it was done in a company and the property registered in the company. We do all our property transactions in companies now.

Will this work in 2023, 2024, 2025 and so forth for us newbies?

This story is too similar to another i heard recently, he clearly attributed his success because there is no formula for these kind of deals, this right here is just marketing, which I don't think you can teach luck

As a student or someone not earning a regular income yet the best route is to look for a great property deal and then find an investor to either buy the property from you for a fee or partner with you. Starting young is always the best option as you have time on your side and property does best over time. Good luck!

What percentage of profit or revenue would I get, if I approach an investor with R1000 and a house deal which cost R500000 which will generate us R10000 every month?A rough estimation will be highly appreciated

It depends on your role in the deal. If you are just selling the deal to the investor then you can ask for a once-off sourcing fee and get between 3-10% off the sales price. If you are offering the investor a full turn key solution and you will be doing all the work, like managing, renovation, the sale etc.. You should get between 40-60% of the profit of the deal.
