THE EASIEST CAMEROONIAN 🇨🇲EGUSI PUDDING RECIPE

In this video Share with you guys one of the most widely eaten Cameroonian recipes at homes and at various events. This Egusi pudding can be eaten solo or paired with miyondo( cassava wraps commonly found in Cameroon) or semi ripe plantains.
Ingredients
4 cups of egusi
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
8 clove grains
1/2 cup crey fish
2 teaspoons of salt
5 seasoning cubes
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon pepper
2 eggs

    Thanks for watching...yes you can add some vegetable oil just to make it look brighter. But it is absolutely optional.
