Interesting that you added salt to the yeast mixture. I was taught never to do this as salt kills yeast. So i always add the salt to the flour portion and add yeast mixture after development . Anyone else?

Я размешивала соль, сахар, дрожжи и молоко в планетарном миксере в металлической чашке, чтобы все растворилось в молоке..., потом масло..., и затем муку... И тесто получилось очень пышное, нежное, и в готовых булочках отличное!!!👍👌

Julia - just recently found you and subscribed. I am looking forward to baking some of your recipes. Some of your recipes remind me of ones my grandmother would bake. She was Czech. Rolls and breads often filled with raisins, cooked prunes, walnuts, cottage cheese, cinnamon and sugar, etc. Yum! Your baking brought back many memories of being a little girl sharing time with my grandmother in the kitchen when I was very young. My Austrian grandmother made something like this when I was a child. I loved it. She also made REAL apfel studel just like what I ate in Demel Cafe in Vienna. Mit schlag, of course. I was her helper once the dough was stretched thin as tobacco paper. It covered her old oak table and as she sliced chunks of butter onto the dough, I would walk behind her and eat the butter. I only tricked her once but I did love butter. She did not use bread crumbs, just apple slices and raisins that she boiled for a few minutes to hydrate them. My grandmother was a great baker and cook. I'm near 81 and very lucky to not have cholesterol problems. My grandparents, who ate an abundance of cream, butter and all the other "bad things" lived to the healthy old age of 87. It's all in the genes I guess. Oh, and I forgot about the speck; pieces of pork fat kept in the freezer. I used to cut off a couple of chunks, salt and pepper them and my grandfather and I would have a "treat". Юля, спасибо за такой несложный, но удачный рецепт булочек!!!💐. Они получились нежные, вкусные, слоистые 👍😋. Но я разделила их на 12 штук, и они все равно были крупные. И выпекала в духовке с конвекцией 25 минут при +180, и ещё, накрыв верх булочек фольгой (они сверху были уже румяные) 20 минут при +170, т.к. после 25 мин.были внутри ещё сыроваты. P.S. ,Удачный рецепт теста, который можно делать с любой начинкой....👌
