It’s my new favorite product.
Even though this seems like they fixed a few bugs with this model it’s really unfortunate that pass through charge doesn’t work

Yeah, it’s not really a dealbreaker for me. It makes it slightly more annoying.

Pass through DOES work with the cable provided plugged in. You must use the original iPad charger with usb c cable plugged into the port in the back as well and it will charge both at the same time. I tried many different chargers and this is the only one that seems to work.

With a 4K 60hz hdmi, 1 usb c slot more and nvme slot it would be the best case

I wouldn't say it's the best. It offers the most flexibility, if you don't wanna deal with dongles. You don't get as fast as the thunderbolt speeds because it's limited to USB c/3.0. The nvme will work, but have to wait a few extra seconds.

Overall it is pretty solid. It's a bit heavy, but it's well built.

There’s no port for it. Bluetooth will work. A usb c dongle will work
I do not recommend buying from them. I bought one and it arrived broken and they will not replace or respond to me anymore.

Unfortunately, I’ve never have had that issue before. Maybe contact your credit card company and do a charge back?
