yeah I love his style, his bendy notes and playing behind the beat. Almost is similar to Jim's vocal style. They all had great chemistry.

I totally and vehemently disagree, it's chaotic and not in Tune.., and I saw him live in the nineties when he played with Wild Child in Amsterdam. This solo is what I call 'work'.. My 2 cents.., sorry, had to say it. Danny

Me too, I'm 52 now and first heard them was I was about 14. It was Soul Kitchen and I was hooked.

The Doors are simply the best

The Doors live on through COVID-19 and 2021. Such an important band and the message for today......the end is always near.

Utilising the backbone of "Light My Fire" this became a late bloomer live in the Doors set and could very well have gone places if put onto record..the musicianship and Jim's reading on this performance was sublime and really brought back memories of that summer of '67!

When I first got my computer and logged on to to youtube, I was blown away when I first heard Jim sing "Summertime". I didn't know he sang this old song!

I've been listening to the Doors for about 27 years… I was very young but, for music, I made very good choices. Their music will live on forever. Jim's poems will remain for posterity. If you see Jim Morrison as a young man he looks like the statue of the god Apollo. Beautiful. And with all his gifts. I still mourn his death even though I should. RIP J. D. M you will always be in my ❤️

There'll never be ANY other summers ... like the summers in the 60s. Ever. The sun was yellow and the sky was always blue ... when you walked up to the circles ... the girls all beckoned you..... the sidewalks sang ... beneath your feet ... and "Hello, I love you" made it all complete. Forgive me ... this video makes me go all "doors'y and Jim'sy, there for a minute. Groovy .. Farm out ... and Right Arm, baby.... 😎

Silver Shark Yes! He and Johnny Marr are two guitarists that played perfectly, but flew under the radar.

its pure american west coast rock - strong, hard, honest, pure - the best musicians who addapts to former masters is one of them. A master is a master he only is obliged to the performance and the audiance nothing more

i think robbie is one of the guitarists who took the guitar from just a bluesy sort of thing and is one of the first guys to use actual "Modes" like the music of coltrane...
