America's rock and roll band. 50 years and they still sound great. Tom's voice is ageless. Keep on rockin', Doobies!
These original guys are the best! Brings me back to 1977 when I went to college.....we'd walk into a bar and either this song or another of theirs would be playing......
I am a disabled person and if I could stand you would see me dancing to this song
Marc Russo on alto sax the monster of all time...thanks for the post..
I think Tom’s played that riff so many times, it’s morphed into a different grove than the original recording. He wrote it and can play it ant way he chooses. But it’s different.
I saw these guys summer of 72, they opened for 3 Dog Night. no one had heard of them. opened with Desciple, then Jesus just alright.blew the roof off the place. ahh summer of 72!
Rare to have a band last this long and still show a clear love for their original sound. Great stuff!!

I have seen the Doobs twice in 6 weeks this summer and they only get better. Sadly Tom is temporarily off the tour due to back surgery and praying good health and healing to/for him in Jesus' Name. But John Cowan was spectacular filling in for Tom Johnston especially at the Illinois State Fair. There are not too many bands with this high level of musical synchronicity, flair, coordination and a wide range of the blend of rock and roll, jazz and soul all rolled up into one 2.5 hour nonstop package of musical excellence. There will never be another Doobie Brothers. Come back soon, Tom!
💥💥💥 forever 🙌🙌🙌🙌❤️
I got to meet John McFee when he was with Southern Pacific hell of a nice guy amazing musician multi-talented

Just got to see the Doobies in Oshawa. It was without Tom as he was recovering from back surgery, which is a shame. However, Pat singing all his parts ended up being just as seamless, and that's a testament to how good the band is as a whole.

Ever since "Jesus is Alright" I have been a fan. Saw them twice in the 80s lastly in Augusta Georgia for the James Brown tribute show. Peace Now! Love you guys.
I've said it once, I'll say it a thousand times: This is the song that got me interested in the Doobies! Mid 70's I used to go to a neighborhood pool and swim. They had WLS on the radio all the time, and I used to hear this song. Those were good times.

NO DOUBT!! FENOMENAAAALLLL.. How can his voice still amazing at this age.. SUPERB
Just saw them twice during their Las Vegas residency with Michael McDonald. They never cease to amaze me. An incredibly talented bad. Why it took so long for them to get into the RRHOF is baffling. Music today can't hold a candle to their talent.
