I'm a day one Div 1 Vet and the part when you said, "the game doesn't half work" so funny to me. Who all remember all the exploits and bug/glitches i.e. 20+ player Lexington a event center?

I love this build! I run it with the Coyote’s mask, the Petrov chest with either spotter or the Perfect Braced. I do have 150 crit damage though. Since the mask gives me the rest of the crit chance and I use the Pestilence to do more damage over time.

Patrick, You have outdone yourself on this build. I am usually pure skill build but I have been trying to get a decent DPS build but never was able to put out the damage. I had a near god roll Bullet King drop a few weeks ago and this build finally makes it usable. It is a fun build. I need to get the backpack but it runs ok with the chest piece. I run it will a restore hive and fixer drone and I rarely go down. I run with a m60 with nsync and the bullet king and it is great on heroics. Thanks again.

I actually tried this with pestilence and chameleon, both worked well. The pestilence has that additional stack so it was double clicking every hit

Tried it with that chest piece that gives you perfect weapon handling while in cover. This build is very well suited for Negotiator set! Just park myself, get in cover, and spray those damages! (Update: Works really good with pesti!!! Weapon handling makes reload so fast)

I use its with perfect Glass Cannon and EB mostly for solo Farming when U know the Spawn Points U can quick Mark the enemies and shoot them down

Do you know if the pestilence lmg ability will proc also to the marked targets?

i use same set up but with named vadmesatya vest perfect braced. Turns BK into laser.

I played with someone using similar Neg build last week and it was the fastest Legendary I have done. The other thing in this video is the use of shock traps for CC when they push. I had been using Blinder and Jammer for CC, so I will have to test that one out.

The best is foam with Creeping Death on BP on DUA. You will foam entire groups while teammates DPS them. I did this and we finished in 24 min. Recently I was tank with one guy using Merciless and took less than a minute to down the 3 chungas and about 5 seconds to kill the boss (not sure what happened lol as I was running away when the boss jumped down but the Merciless guy downed him instantly)

Just swapped out my knee pads for Sawyers. much better... joined a random heroic District Union a third of the way in and came top damage... cheers. for that alone i subscribed.

Despite your awesome build suggestions I really will try to put my skills on my MB4 and MB5, never thought of it but I imagine it as totally handy! 😁

Hey can you explain why even when you critically hit for 60% of the time that the Mark for ND does not appear? I think the set is bugged again also I have 200% chd too. Tried all different guns regardless it’s very inconsistent and gets you killed easy

Would memento pack be better or worse for this build? Wondering if the loss of 40% crit dmg can be offset by the long-term buff of the memento.

I was going to upload this build today haha. I don’t use those knee pads tho. Good build lots of fun.

How do you get the firefighter helmet?

Me personally, I use Gunslinger on chest and Coyotes mask. I think I will experiment with other Exotic gear peaces other than coyotes. Using lower mag LMG (lower hitrate high base dmg, quick reload-quicker than AR) with 30% weapon handling (perfect balance? don't remember) and and AR with 50rounds mag and 10%armor on kill works great with gunslinger. 65 and 50 rounds mag is about 5s to empty it (gunslinger duration) then reposition during reload, switch and shoot... switch shoot... switch shoot. 20% weapon dmg is pretty nice. Also a "Finisher" on sidearm helps a bit, again works pretty well with gunslinger.

Thought this was broken? IE not showing the symbols on screen when you shoot the NCP's. So its fixed now?

Love running negotiators dilemma,i run obliterate on the chest piece and survivalist only for the flash grenades. I flash them then mark them while they’re blinded.

PATRICK - Another very interesting build, but a question please! Would you consider a video on how to manage inventory? I have a Pri & Sec characters, inventory full, then ... Stash is also near full, and (don't shoot me) 2 mule characters... OK, I'm a hoarder, but it's all damned near perfect gear, collected (hoarded), after NY DLC. Never really want to nuke pieces as will "want it" just after I delete it. This is a yet unreserved, video opportunity. 10 Mins of how you would recc managing a large inventory of 'near all godded' bits. Please & Thanks .. Cheers

I have a tank negotiators build it’s nasty with striker shield chameleon obliterate and momento bruh bruh bruh let me tell you something and in legendary I just switch to liberty with the bulwark shield cuz I like to be out of cover nice build I can see this working in legendary and imo the more crit and weapon dmg you have makes negotiators better they both need each other and realized that nice made my tank I’m surprised you don’t pull back out the pestilence with this one peace ✌🏿

So question. Is it not worth using the Negotiator Chest? I feel like highlighting 5 enemies instead of 3 sounds good

Most of the time its too hard to mark five targets because of npcs taking cover and being suppressed and stuff

Tested the knee pads damage increase. Average about 20k damage over Fox's Prayers. Strange that is happening. I ran a mission and noticed that the damage increase also applied to my skills (turret and striker drone). I you're incorrect on the game half working..... It rarely works......lol. Great vid as always.

Solid build PW. I like it. I wonder what the DPS would look like if you swap in Chatterbox, and put Damage on your gear, and replace Petrov with Walker or Sokolov, or perhaps even Grupo. Thoughts?

How do you get the godrolled gear?

I used this build during the Darpa time trials and was accused of hacking. I guess they never heard of the bullet king. I mean, I play on xbox. Hackers aren't a thing. Just for giggles I switched the gloves to contractors and put on the chest piece for more marks. Probably less effective but so much more fun for me.

The problem is that gear set is bugged on consoles I play on Xbox one x and it won't count on every single crit shot. Sorry for my bad English.

From my understanding it does work the UI is just broken and doesn't always show the debuff active.

Interesting comment about CHC needing to be at 60 because there are issues if it is less. Can you elaborate on what that issue is? Thought it best to not add 5-6% CHC mod or talent if you are at 57-59 and instead increase CHD by 11-12%. I appreciate the builds. It keeps the game fresh, for me. Now if they would fix inventory so I can keep all the cool builds without having to choose which ones or equipment to delete. Guess we get appearance mods instead (WTF?).

I ilove negotiators with the pestilence as a crit status hybrid build.

This build is so much fun in PvE and is such a nice chance of pace to the face tanking dps and the sit in cover skill dmg builds. This is a middle range build where you just let it rip and do not stop until the room is completely cleard out. Haha love it!

works with good times m60 too.talent critical stacks to 40 and each stack 8% of reload time. weapon damage 130-140k and 550 rpm. Annoying until used to. With pristine +60 max damage output bonus 8x scope. 270k minimum, and 400-1,4 million depending armor on enemy. Legendary 500k-800k per hit. tried to craft better stats for bullet king and deleted. with it got decent build. +15k armor income and 200-300k per 1 person same stuff expect different kneepads.

Thr other one i use is scorpio with optimistic foe nasty debuff shotty.

Can you make a build for the eclipse gears

What is the best non legendary lmg? I was thinking about using steady handed which refills your ammo after you hit 100 enemies

Nevermind i get it now. Why you need the 4 pcs. Haven't finished the raid yet so no backpack yet.

I use it with focus on chest piece and bakers dozen which works even better than this you should try it out.

I have my negotiators build with 4 peces and have 58% crit chanse and 200% crit dmg, but have another dps build with 57% crit chanse and 220% crit dmg and is better, kill 1 heavy with 1 mag AR

Diamond back is fire with fox prayers and coyote mask 🤫🤫🤫

Can you show a PVP setup for this ??

When you swapped to Grupo Kneepads for your range test, you gained an additional 5.6 or 5.8% crit chance which would allow you to swap one of your crit chance gear mods to crit damage. So when you tested the Grupo, you were missing out on potentially 12% more crit damage for a more accurate comparison.

@@PatrickWolfChannel It wasn't my intention to imply that one was better or worse then the other. I was just pointing out that you didn't fully maximize the potential crit damage for Grupo Kneepads for a more accurate damage comparison.

I've been using ND since I've dropped the bullet king. The back pack is almost mandatory. But I can't replace my perfect glass canon. The damage output is superior to anything I have. But I'll try yours.

Thank you always Patrick for your amazingly informative and useful videos! What are your thoughts on using Pestilence in this build vs. Bullet King? I believe in your other video you demonstrated how Pestilence tic damage is buffed by Sawyer's so I'm wondering which one overall is more efficient damage wise? Thank you again!

i have never understood this build. if crit hits mark the enemy and also explode the marks then how do you spread the marks??? as soon as you crit on an enemy your next crit to them will explode the mark. how does this set work?

Marks dont explode. Whenever you crit on a mob it gets marked, and any crits you deal to other mobs will be repeated on the marked one. If you mark more than 3 mobs then the first mark you got will desappear. You can see how this works when Patrick shoots the targets at the range.

First. This is the build i use since they changed this gear set in Gear 2.0

i agree with you BuDDa on that regard, but still Bullet King is one of the most underated unbuffed Exotics in the game right now it needs the same kind of love Pestilence has received by those fire trucking Developers and content creators, for lord sake.

Doesn’t really work. Just tried it on heroic bank HQ and Jefferson Trade Center. Enemy hide behind cover most of the time and the stationary nature of Soyers knee mean you don’t move to find better angle as often. Also don’t have large group of AI at once for ND to be very effect. Pestilence is probably a better idea with the ticks

Nice build! - Use a petrov with 'Perfect Braced" and you will shoot soo much more damage. Your bulletking will shoot like a laser. - If you dont want to sit in cover all the time then use the contractor gloves and a vest from another brand with braced.

this build was fixed....consistent damage my balls, this negotiator was buged....

idky i watch these tbh im forever L dps and only good at healing and even then a perma healer aint that needed
