I will say I have watched many videos from Agents showcasing builds and explaining how the builds work. This Is the most professional narrated showcase build I have seen. I feel like I am watching a documentary on how this build works. Not Crazy over the top talking just straight to the point plus great visuals. I would love to hear your outtake on PVP Builds and how to use builds in PVP because this game gives you no help as it strips Survivability in half by cutting down Unbreakable, Adrenaline Rush, Vanguard and Protector. With this game not showing what your numbers can do in PVP and how to put the right pieces together with insane amount of damage with survivability the average player has to come up with different ideas and use their fellow agents to test builds in the DZ. @@JumpStartGaming right now just adapting with builds cause I am currently deployed playing on pc with a hotspot so my latency is pretty high plus pc players are really good with keyboard and mouse. I am using a Xbox elite controller because that's what fits my playstyle. So with pc agents I am mixing up status effects with high armor and mild damage. I use blind effects because I know they have good monitors and they probably play with a high brightness. I have experimented with disoriented builds and basic skills with agents but agents have that half second response time better then me so it can be a challenge but it's about having fun. On console ps4 until I get a 5 I used the meta with a group or solo with fox, contractor, matador, and intimidate. Mixed with AR or smg. It's a littler easier to stay alive on console cause players do struggle staying accurate do to the console limitations but it opens up a longer survivability.

@@JumpStartGaming I watched a KZread guy who was just playing manhunt battles and this guy with 1.5 million armor equivalent to 26 ticks of armor was pushing with his group and average crit plus headshot 164,000 to 234,000 k per crit which was amazing. I haven't seen it that high in the dz but with the right pieces anything is possible.

For all you know, they may be hoping that you do that... I don't know how YT algorithm works... but I am quite sure it will not promote vid that shows low engagement and watch time.

I have to try this Negotiator build. This is a dope build. I have a build with 3 providence waveform holster 1 wyvern 1 Hana U. It absolutely melts. I mainly have skill damage and chc and chd rolled on it

I have a similar build too, waveform is really good for skills with long duration. but I kinda miss the gunplay and damage spread so I farmed a bunch of ND and convert them to skill tiers. The hardest part is to achieve a timing faster than my dps build. LoL

One of the best combo for me : Capacitator+Memento,Fenris chest with Braced,Belstone,Murakami named kneepads,Grupo,Ceska: all roll to CHC/CHD.4 pcs with Yellow cores.Skill tier 6 with Technician&Memento.54%CHC/186%CHD on Capacitator(my second is P90 SMG with InSync,side weapon with Future Perfection).2% armor regen without Memento.Works perfect!

Wow, it sounds like you have put a lot effort into creating the build, that's really awesome!

I have many builds but my fav is the drone/turret hybrid I use & it melts in Heroic but never tried in legendary. Technician class, mask is empress with crit chance, skill dmg & crit dmg mod. Backpack is wyvern with same attributes & vigilance talent. Chest is fenris with same attributes & glass cannon talent. Gloves & knees pad are empress with crit chance/dmg & holster is exotic waveform. Main weapon is capacitor, second weapon is harmony rifle (or any rifle with in sync) & any handgun with finisher talent. Other way to run this is changing wyvern to memento & waveform to wyvern & you'll melt even more but need to get 30 trophies hence with the first build you'll have all king of dmg from the start. A budget hybrid build would be 3 empress, 2 hana U, 1 fenris with the same attributes & talents still doing good dmg over all. I WILL DEFINITELY try your build since I love hybrids builds.

I LOVE Hybrid Builds too! Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful comment! Yes, it is important to have that damage upfront in legendary content vs collecting trophies. I do have that budget build you have noted, mine is 3 emp, wyn, china, and waveform. Pretty good too, just missing the gunplay! still 60 chc, but chd is is like 100 plus...and no target marking... ND is really good against drone controllers.

I gotta say, that Chunga climbing up to get better line of sight on the turret was really impressive. The AI in this game is really solid most times..

Thats the Best build of all Time..... Using it with Memento and Ceska (Obliterate) - I dont want to be Glass And the absolut best of it is - If you will just run the shield for fast cleaning, you can anytime just change the core for Blue and you are heavy. And you can change it as much as you want.... The opportunity to change completaly the build every time is amazing thanks to your way how to build it. Really amazing. I think thats the biggest advantage you didnt mentioned and its really powerfull....

With armor? That's great! XD For survivability, I would use the big shield, Kard is really good for marking the enemies. :D

@@JumpStartGaming Yeah, 25% damage to armour. 2 Walker Harris, Contractors and the Capacitor. Having high crits makes Red bars easier to kill.

@@dondelladadski I am so happy for you! Yah, it doesn't need to be god-rolled...the bar chart is exaggerated for a very small % difference. IF you find it a little squishy with GC, there are other skill/weapon talents like "Spark"? But your turret and drone should be able to distract the enemies. :D

Great video!👍 I love messing about with builds, so definitely will give this a look! For one of my builds I use the Chameleon to get great damage and keep my armor at about 2M. I use Perfect Bloodsucker and Intimidate so that I get 35% weapon damage, plus with my build I get 40% Armor on every kill, which is roughly 500K a kill. It's still a work in progress, but it's efficient!😀

Something people don’t always think, i have a normal dps build but i use the mechanimal, every kill give you 1 skill tier for 20s (max 3), which is good cause at leadt you can repair faster or just have a turret or a drone with better stats

I use this build with shield and memento. You can hardly tell your use glass cannon when the memento is fully buffed. One build of many that I started making when the Capacitor came out.

When marking the NPCs with you gun then having your skills do damage to the other NPCs, does ND work with skills? In other words, does damage that your skills do also inflict 60% damage to newly marked targets? Does ND work on skills as it does on your gun?

Interesting. Just getting back into Div 2 after about a years break. I wish there was a more deterministic method of farming but it is what it is. Going to try a couple of variations of this build, one with a fenris spotter chest and the other a grupo overwatch chest

Welcome back! 😄 With spotter, do you find it worthwhile? It takes up 1 slot on the chest and 1 slot on the weapon for the scan attachment, then you must have the specialisation too; otherwise, if you use skill (scan), then you'll need Nightwatcher. Considering the investment gain for 1 talent?

Negotiator build is a voodoo build. You hit one marked enemy it consumes the ones nearby too and when I first saw that in the range, I was awe-struck. However, I don't like a drone or turret with it. For some reason, trap skill is the one to go with this build for me.

Yes, it is great with trap too... or foam gun... there are just so many options with skill tier 6 (minus those with a long cooldown), that's why I love gunplay + skill tier 6. :D

Yes, definitely! In fact, it will hit slightly harder on body, from 640 to 670, without using the pistol. but your headshot will drop a little from 810 to 803. I have tried it... but my RNG denies me a Grupo with all red and crit and vigilance/GC.. so I can't recal it to skill tier... Or a ceska with all crit and vigilance/GC to recal... if you go with 2 Red... your skill tier will drop to 5. it's a trade off. :D

Yes i use hybrids alot since i use the capacitor i like being frontline with my turret and drone and yes i do play only heroic usually with 3 of the 6-7 challenges. Heres my build ( the nerd rage ) The waveform holster 3 empress int. 1wyvern 1hana u (4 skill 2 weapon) You can use either insync and capasiter but i use a capasitor and a smg with future perfect to proc overcharge and the kard handgun for the extra +1 skill tier. As for perks i like spark and combined arms ( you could use glass cannon if you want even more damage but i have alot and dont wanna risk my already fragile defence to mess me up more lol) As for stats i try to build as close as possible to 50% crit chance 80% cooldown everything else is crit damage and skill power( mine evenly split to 6 spots so i have 3 crit damage and 3 skill power) Everything works well together a perfect team , my skills power eachother and thry impower me, ill usually pop the weakest to proc overcharge and start mowing everything its very powerful.

Another piece for the chest IMHO is better, is Fenris with wd, chc, chd, with glass cannon, that gives you a 10% for all shots, plus 25 of glass cannon, and 5% less amplified incoming damage. So the 10% of fenris does more "white" and "blue" damage at the cost of 5% amplified outgoing damage, but also receives 5% less damage.

Well i actually made a build myself that consists in: 6 tier shield (3 blue cores, 1 yellow from techinician and another 2 blue/yellow from memento, giving the 6 tier) And then i have 1 piece D&H because of 20% pistol damage and 1 piece providence for the 15% HeadShot damage, and then i have 3 more pieces bulwark, because my ideia is to like have a really good Tank Shield, using the liberty pistol to deal good headshot damage, it actually is good and works for my playstyle but people been saying that i should change the 3 bulwark pieces for other thing and now i just dont know what

If you are using foundry gear set, the 4th piece will provide you great survivability. If you are not going for the 4th piece, for high end options, you can try the named holster, Forge, 50% shield health, named murakami kneepads, Emperor's guard, +1 armor regen, and a belstone for another +1 armor regen. Total+5 when memento is fully buffed. Body armor talent, you can choose from, unbreakable, or the other talent that makes your shield invulnerable for 5 seconds. Does it sound OK? 😄

Otherwise, you may consider having repair skill, it works pretty nicely for my Deflector Shield Bulwark Build. Having said that... armor regen relies on having a good base armor.

Would love from you a guide for new players, breaking into heroic groups and legendary groups, I just picked up the game and made the mistake into going hunters fury and inveted a lot of time just to find out it really bad in group play.

I would love to look into a guide for newer players. 😀👍 With legendary strongholds, not the Summit, the enemies do not scale down, so even if you are 1 player, they will go full force with numbers, health and damage, treating you like a 4-person group. So, don't feel bad at all if you're overpowered. If you want to use hunter's fury, the easiest thing to do for DUA is to deploy a decoy, once they started attacking it, rush in to the shelter where the ammo box is, so keep your engagement in close quarters... with some practice, you will be able to clear the 1st stage. About legendary strongholds, it's about the build and also where we position, our movement, and game sense.

@@JumpStartGaming Maybe if good pieces and full optimized HF is not that bad in group play. But as a new comer, you obviously not gonna have that. It's just that all guides suggest a HF to break into heroic, as solo but as soon as you try group play, you hit a brick wall due to not enough damage or survivability. Also did your Bulled King build that helped me do group content just not fun to play solo due to Memento taking time to ramp up and missing like 10% crit chance. A good build but very dependent on best in slot gear pieces and max Watch level for extra stats. But hey, it helped me clear summit and do legendary group missions. Not useless anymore in groups ^^

@@MITZILIPIKILI Yeah, some builds do require certain pieces to do the magic. Memento does take 2 or more rooms to ramp up on solo... and longer in group play because others take your kills. For HF, the backpack is pretty good in improving survivability, if you are right in the front, kill a red and you can start the ball rolling... they will be disoriented ... esp if you use a Tsunami, others will be reloading and you can keep going if you continue to get the 2 kills.

What grenade or skill is that at the very beginning at the gun range on the Aoe bit please where you destroy everything in a split second please explain psn I'm a noob to division 2

Hi, first of all, i love you videos. Your work is amazing. Small questions, right now, im running skil base build (Memento, 3 Empress, Wyvern and Fox kneepads - all skill dmg). As i already have a Memento and Fox and want to switch to this one mainly to use it for faster cleaning PVE, Im thinking to run The Negotiator chest (2 enemies more) with Fox prayer? and Memento. 1. Based on you experience does two more enemies worth it, how it will works without Glass canon? 2. I have also Contractors gloves, is it better to run Fox or Contractors? Or something differente? I spend more time marking enemies with ND chest because I am quite slow and I spray a little more than needed so I would not use it... but if you are quick in making short taps to mark them, go for it!😃 I would use memento if I need more survivability and switch to coyote for team damage. With fox and/or contractor, I would use it if I am running high end (instead of gear set).

Great video man, although it will be a pain to get the gift in dz....i have one god rolled but that's for my dps build so wouldn't roll skill tier on it.

You don't actually need the gift.. it's a 1 second diff :D vs the normal ones, but if you grind for it, I won't stop you! XD

@@JumpStartGaming yes, that's true! I think I'm going to use my normal red gift backpack and instead, I'll roll the armour on a sacrifice chest piece as the chest piece usually drop for me often... Have you tried this build with the negotiators dillema backpack and waveform holster? How they would compare?

@@leonardochang2523 Yes I have! To make this vid... 386 gb footage went into it! If you use Waveform... you will lose the gun damage from GC & Vigilance... and you can definitely do that... My experience is, I will always get more damage and SPEED with gunplay vs turret and drone.. Of course, turret and drone will give you more survivability, so it is completely up to you. Re the backpack, you will only do more damage if you mark 3 or more vs ND w/o BP... that's to say, most of the time, you won't be...the enemies run and hide all the time... and gc chest and vg bp help a great deal in melting the heavies... like REALLY melting..

Negosh is the best by far gear set for legendary. I been farming for negosh to turn skill but it keeps giving wp handling 9 times out of 10 lol. But I will run it with memento and kinetic momentum (🤔 I think thats the talent name) for that extra skill dmg and memento for survivability + wp dmg + skill efficiency.

Memento and kinetic momentum are both excellent choices. I was using the ND backpack to have more gunplay and a faster time to kill. But the memento provides more damage and survivability over time.

@@ZomBSnatcher4671 To stay true to having both weapon and skill damage, I have 2 options, GC or OW (7:01); of course, you can use KM or FM...trading gunplay weapon damage for survivability. Before taking a shot at the enemy, do observe if they are firing at your deployed skills (using them as decoy). Sometimes, they may be waiting for you to take a peek, especially the purple drone controllers or snipers.

@@JumpStartGaming I totally understand what you're saying. It was a thought that popped into my head while I was at work. Then I decided that I would be better off, learning to survive a battle while using GC. Hence becoming a better agent in the long run. A lot of times in this game, I get stuck on the concepts. The developers come up with. Rather than choosing to make the concept work in my favor. With PGC I'm only focused on the 60% extra damage I'm taking. You my friend are teaching me to be a deadlier agent. Thank you

So Jumpstart, I decided to revisit this build. 4 yellow Negotiators with Crit Damage. Ceska chest with Obliterate and Fenris holster with Crit Chance and Crit Damage rolled to yellow. It rips so hard 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

What I wanna know is how do people find the specific loot pieces they need for these build videos? I only play an hour or 2 a day at most and I feel like the random nature of loot drops means there’s gotta be something I don’t know to get specific gear pieces.

The targeted loot will be your best bet. It's not 100% but it's a lot better than shooting in the dark. Long time ago, we don't even know about targeted loot allocation so we just pick a spot and hope for the best.

Could I replace the chest piece with lets say Grupo with a skill talent and the backpack with memento to make this less squishy? Or will overall DPS cancel that out? Superb video btw

you can definitely use a different chest piece and/or memento, but it will be hard to hit the crit chance ceiling. If you are running legendary solo, you may need the damage from vigilance vs collecting trophies. Thank you for your support!

I just put this together with a little different touch. I used a Picaro's for the extra 15% to try and recover a red Core and a Ceska with Obliterate. I like the ND Backpack for the 100% damage transfer. The only problem I'm coming up with for this build is the small magazine size on the Capacitator. Any ideas for working around This? I'm trying to stay focused on the ND.

About the capacitor, yeah, the mag size is smaller, and the reload is slightly faster? Need to confirm that... perhaps having better weapon handling (reload) to compensate for the mag size?

Use the capasiter and the kard gun mixed with the technician iy givrd you 2 free slots for weapons! Id you wanna go firther you can also get a 2nd gun with future perfect.

Thx for this. Sry does damage from all sources damage other marked enemies? So if I crit hit 3 targets and my drone damages 1 of those enemies with the others take damage?

Thank you for watching the vid. About what you're asking... the damage is transferred whenever you score a critical hit. I have not seen the drone or turret scoring a crit hit. So it is most likely weapon damage only. I hope that answers your question?

@@caldepen372 if you're on pc, you can mouse over the enemies to see their health bar and it will stay up for a while, so when you shoot one, you will see the marked ones dropping when there's a crit... otherwise, try the shooting range, less pressure to kill and observe at the same time. 😄

For some reason I never seem to drop critical damage on negotiator.. is this effect a craft exclusive?

it's RNG... not a craft exclusive... but getting 2 good crit stats may be a little harder.

When I am running time trial for legendary difficulty, I don't usually rely on Memento, due to the need to collect trophies or lack of immediate dps...

Got exactly like yours but it's with ferris chest piece with glass cannon it really good too. but is it better?

If you are using Fenris, then you will need a Ceska backpack for near 60% crit, vigilance, preferably with yellow core and 2 crit sub-attributes, harder to get... but it can be as good... better in terms of survivability, yes; in terms of damage, unlikely.

I play Legendary with Negotiators Dilemma gear set, with 4 pieces, using gunner skill. But not solo !. I use perfect sync and mainly red gear pieces Coyote mask and Fox’s prayer. Harmony as my primary AR with the perfect sync attribute. Drone and turret are my favourites. Negotiators Dilemma is excellent at taking down groups of NPC’s. Playing Legendary solo is very tough. Personally I can’t do that just now. Does this build on this video enable me to do so ?. I take it you use 4 pieces of the Negotiators Dilemma to achieve the Hostile attribute ?.

Yes it's 4 piece ND, remember to mark the enemies! 😄 ND is very reliable with legendary content... keeping the distance and damaging multiple enemies.

With legendary, the moment you hide from the grenadiers/ mini tanks, they will start bombarding you ☹. No matter what build you are using, it's the A.I. behaviour... just like you will throw a nade to push the enemies out of their hidings.

So you have a few options... kill them as a priority, keep them busy using drones or turrets or simply shooting at them to suppress them.

So does crit damage/chance effect skills as well?

Would a skill sniper/sniper turret build be viable? Was thinking something like: Tactician + 1 yellow core Aces mask red/skill damage/HS Aces gloves red/skill damage Aces knees red/skill damage Empress chest yellow/skill power/HS/HS headhunter Empress back Yellow/skill power/HS/HS vigilance Empress holster red/skill power/HS White death with future perfect so you get 6 yellow cores So 6 tier sniper turret with like a lot of skill damage, and almost 300% headshot damage on the white death, and a drone for Aggro. What do you think? I don’t have the time to farm and build it :(

Wow! Thank you for the thoughtful comments. I may have the pieces to try that out for you. So your objective is to have a strong sniper turret and a hard-hitting sniper? You will not get the weapon damage from having skill tiers if you are not using the capacitor...

@@JumpStartGaming right it’s a little bit of give and take. My hope was that 4 red cores would carry the white death with high headshot damage, coupled with headhunter, and then a strong sniper turret to punch those targets wearing helmets who always ruin my chainkiller. Having a decent drone to tank aggro for me while I aim would definitely help, too. I would definitely carry the capacitor as a secondary. I’d have the four red cores already, and then the three yellow cores would boost my capacitor with an extra red core and a half. Keep up the awesome work man. You create my favorite content!

Man i only imagine if added a drone that can shoot homing missiles and what kind of build that could go with it...........i was also thinking if the division 2 had a legendary dark zone that had day and night operations both have guaranteed max out loot and mods instead of extracting you would have to call an immediate evac if you survive the loot is your if you don't survive you have to over this will be difficult but night time is even more difficult because during the night there will be lots of rogue agent and hunters but the rewards will be far more greater

Build looks good. I got the same build as you have on the video and your Capacitor is at 103.4k. I'm only getting 87.9k, what could be wrong? I am over SHD 1k, all Attributes on weapons and gear are maxed out. Can you provide some tips what to look for?

Never mind. It's a glitch in the game on the backpack slot. I removed it and put the Gift back on and the Capacitor damage went up to 103.4k. The build is good even with just the 87.9, but will hit a bit more with the 103.4k. Thanks a bunch !!!!

It is squishy! And you have the option to use a tier 6 Bulwark when you need to pick up team mates, or simply reposition yourself. XD Otherwise, you can drop a artificer beside the tier 6 turret to get all the aggro...

@@7Im8O66 I would run with memento too! :D With legendary strongholds, especially if you are trying to complete it within a certain time frame, I would go with vigilance for instant damage boost. Because I can only collect those memento trophies after clearing the area...
