The Disturbing Daniel Wozniak Case

Ойын-сауық

Daniel Wozniak was a community theatre actor, had an upcoming wedding to Rachel Buffet, and was good friends with Sam Herr. However, when a body is discovered in Sam Herr's apartment, and Sam is nowhere to be found, the manhunt begins. Eventually it'd come back to Daniel Wozniak, and what Daniel Wozniak did when he learned Sam Herr had a nice chunk of change in his bank account.

Hey guys, if you wanna watch a fantastic video after this, check out NightsDocs latest! You might remember him from the Thomas Brown episode, he made a video about the Salish Sea feet and honestly it's fantastic. So cinematic, the work he put into it is immense. He also wrote the soundtrack too which is awesome! kzread.info/dash/bejne/gqKKmtWScaixpbg.html

I don’t understand how/what for the ex fiancé got almost 3yrs in connection with this. In the audio from that phone call it seems like she genuinely didn’t know what he’d done and she seemed ready to bail on him immediately and tell the cops what she found out from his brother - it seems weird that she got almost 3 years, but the brother, who was actually involved after the fact and had been told what happened but didn’t go to the cops with that info only got 10 days.

Yeah the actual difficulty of proving insanity is ... really difficult. Anything like Onision's fake psychotic episodes and terrible Joker impression or even just coming right out the gate like "I'm insane! That's why I did it I am insane!" they'll just turn around and use the fact that you had the idea to fake insanity as evidence that you are not in fact insane, because you had the rational idea to act insane. If that makes sense. So how do you prove insanity? Show, don't tell. Basically. Go in there and subtly start playing with your own shit or like be the guy who befriends a cockroach then eats it a few days later and say "He started it!" or something.

Unless it's a family member and you're the sole beneficiary of the will, but then you have the rather difficult task of getting out of the mental hospital for the criminally insane, where you probably *will* end up befriending cockroaches and playing with your shit.

Obviously Sam did absolutely nothing to deserve his death, but Julie wasn't connected in the slightest to Daniel's and Rachel's plan. She was a completely innocent and disconnected party. It was so senseless and evil to murder her, simply to add to their misdirection.

No, it was so D.Woz could rape her corpse because he'd seen her around and was jealous that she was prettier than his dingbat "fiance". If he was going to murder Sam and take his money he was also going to take his girl too. Dan is just a piece of trash. There’s just a blankness void of emotion, remorse, or humanity. Although that being said, no truly insane person fits a “script” for how they are supposed to be and it’s doubly laughable to see these vids of murderers trying to not only appear “insane” but that think pleading “insanity” will somehow acquit them. When in reality, a state run psychiatric institution is more likely a worse fate than death row and more or less guarantees no appeals for freedom. Period.

Yeah but totally could have worked. Just throw a mask and gloves on go get your cash from the atm dispose of the card. Also dont give a backpack full of evidence to your brother in law just chuck it in a dumpster or burn it and disassemble the gun sell some pieces online and ditch the receiver somewhere in the ocean you live next to or the whole gun but its best to disassemble. He could have very easily gotten away with it had he not involved so many people.

And still pay some goofy teen to use his credit cards at the atm. No one had to die! Ugh! He brutally murdered Sam too. He was never his friend. He cut his head and hands off- how sick is that?! It upsets me so much. This kid had a future and was serious about it...this loser Dan instead of fighting to be a real man acts like a total bitch and kills one. It’s a sad shame. Pro tip, if you want to seem innocent, you shouldn't acknowledge you're being recorded while saying cheesy nice things to make yourself seem like a good person. I do give her credit for being smart enough to realize she was being recorded though, because jesus christ, there seem to be a lot of morons who don't realize prison calls and interrogation rooms are recorded. Dan didn't even after Rachel reminded him 3 times.
