There was a restaurant in Center Barnstead NH called the Crystal Quail now closed. Run by a husband and wife team, Harold a swiss trained chef and his wife Cynthia who kept thier kitchen running and garden growing , producing amazing produce for Harold to create wonderfully fresh dishes. My husband was a food snob, but never did the meals disappoint us. It is good to see other chefs going this route....Everything Looks delicious!
