I use to think that reds are the best leaders, but they are just a part of the puzzle. Be like water and adapt - that is the best leader and follower!

Absolutely! Each style has its own way of leading and one isn't better or worse than another just based on their DISC style.

@@discpersonalitytesting I agree, one works only for a certain situation. Better learn each personalities, the good and the bad and use it to one’s own advantage like water taking the form of it’s container. Love your content!
