I love that the interviewer 1) asked great questions and 2) didn’t take over the conversation with his own stories as so many interviewers do. Great job!
“You can pick anyone and we are anyone” OR “We are the ONLY one and we are worth paying extra. You’ll pay a little bit more but you’ll GET more than you pay for”. GOLD. 👏
12:15 His answer to that HVAC guy nailed it out of the park. THAT'S how you be an artist in any field.

yes and amen!
Great session fellas, thank you! I do think we all need to eliminate the word "small" as a business description. All of us owners would surely agree that there is nothing "small" about starting, running and growing our own enterprises!
One of the best interviews with Seth. Respectful but challenging in the same time. Even Seth himself is keep saying "thats a very good question" very often, and its so true, very good questions. Thank you for doing this interview. Its amazing.
What a legend! Thanks for hosting Seth Godin 🙌🏽👌🏽❤️🇿🇦
these are my people, thank you for this interview, so so good
Excellent chat and insight! Thank you
I really enjoyed this interview, thank you!
Great interview! Seth's ability to embrace uncertainty is such a powerhouse in his ability to be successful. It's something that I've been bringing into my own life more and to see him completely embody it is inspiring.
THANK YOU , VERY WELL PUT INTERVIEW .
This is great content and speaking to me for sure. The concept of imposter syndrome and "why should people follow me"is something I'm very familiar with unfortunately. Thank you for providing some insight on how to deal with that.
Stellar content! Worth the listen...
Very insightful and inspiring! Thanks!🙂
Needed all of this today
This interview was very well spoken and I enjoyed it from start to finish definitely plan to read "The Practice" in my near future!!! Thank you for sharing!

This is great content
Never mind. I just heard him say it's "the practice". Thanks again
Hi. What was the name of the book you mentioned in the interview? Were you referring to Seth's last book? Good interview. This is the first time I watch your channel. Thanks 👍

50:20 Time To Do The Magic
Great interview, though the comment @44:10 struck me as odd. It underlines a bit of the problem with modern business practices. Having partners and employees with separate lives and interests can in fact be a huge benefit! Expecting workers to make your business the center of their lives is a fast road to burnout!

That's not what he meant, he's saying that they look for people who aren't crippled by vices such as getting drunk etc and then acting like they've got it together when they go to work.
Satya Nadel?
Define "succeed"
Way too many ads.
Is that guy Dave Ramsey's dopplegänger?
actually the fires in san francisco and the pandemic ARE related. They are both made more likely by global heating.

Love Seth, but being interupted by 4 ads bofore 10mins(on conversation about "generosity") Sorry. Bye.

Terrible advice that people should recruit people like them. That’s called affinity bias. It’s devastating to underrepresented communities.
