Why is it a lot of times I’m annoyed by Dave but miss him when he’s not on the show?

Probably because he started it all. I'm also annoyed by Dave particularly when he calls himself a "small business owner " lol dave a small business isn't a 600 million dollar building 😉 that's called a corporation.

@@JC-di4uz so true yea he hits the mark fast and often sometimes the 2 people covering lag a bit and Dave provides more color commentary around everything and his delivery is epic.

@GregsTake oh for sure it's definitely a dynasty, his advice is solid too. My pops taught me basically the ramsey plan before there was a dave. He's honest in that he didn't necessarily invent the baby steps, he's said in the past that he's just teaching what he did and how he did it. I got nothing but admiration for Dave myself he teaches biblical scripture behind his management style and there's nothing wrong with that.

Also Dave hire me to be a Ramsey Personality. I live and breath this stuff, you can groom me and get me exactly where I need to be, I'm a quick study!

Of course he plans to hand off Ramsey Solutions, at some point he's not going to be around to run it. It's how life works. There's another spin to the two people butting heads. By continually encroaching into the other's domain, you are trying to assert dominance over that area. Do it long enough and you can get people to believe you're the one in charge and that department head reports to you. This is much harder to do in a 4 person business, but do this in a 400, 4000, 40,000 person company and you become the next promotion. Being good or being liked in the current job to move into leadership... Maybe in a small business you can't afford to allow being liked to override being good, but that won't be the case in large corporations.
