Nah not really. SCP-2317 is really some unknown creature which may have some intelligence. There are different interpretations and tales involving 2317. Some he tries to destroys the world. Some he fails and ends up dying. And there is atleast one where he's a giant who walks around a little bit before carefully sitting down and silently goes to sleep.

The thing about the Scarlet King he exists in a completely different level and plane of existence with power of untold scale. Far beyond even the strongest interpretations of SCP-2317 can do. He some tales 2317 is just a creature that is a slave of the Scarlet King's army.

I love how inaccurate the thumbnail is. SCP-2317 appears to be standing next to the Empire State Building in New York City. Counting the spire and antenna, the building clocks in at a mighty 1,454 feet (443 meters). In the video, SCP-2317 is said to be approximately 200 kilometers tall. Now, 1,454 feet is 0.4431792 km, not even a whole kilometer. 200 kilometers is about 1,822.69 120-yard football fields. In comparison, Mount Everest is 29,035 feet tall, roughly 8.84 kilometers. The Mariana Trench is 36, 201 feet deep, 11.03 kilometers. This is all to say that that if SCP-2317 were actually standing in NYC, the most you'd be able to see of it would be a very, very, big foot and maybe a bit of ankle and calf action. This thing is *massive* .
