GDF says he struggles to find something similar to Gaza siege in modern history, in the level of just insane wickedness of the things happening, with almost medieval methods of warfare. But I can remember one. It happened to my hometown, Saint Petersburg, at the time - Leningrad. It was the Blockade of Leningrad. One of the most horrific events of the Second World War (that already should tell you a lot), it was a deliberate German attempt to destroy Leningrad resistance by encircling a city and starving it's population to death. The Blockade lasted for almost 900 days. Unrelenting bombings, targeting of civilian infrastructure and food supplies ensured absolutely devastating results: Before the war Leningrad's population was 3 million people. During the war 1.5 million people got evacuated. Of the remaining 1.5 million people, 1 million died. The similarities to Gaza go to such extents, that we even had our own "humanitarian trucks" - Road of Life. The city was fully encircled on land, but the Road of Life was on a Ladoga lake. During the warm times of year it was a waterpath, and in the winter trucks moved across the ice trail. Germans, of course, tried to sabotage this as much as they could - usually by bombings. And the fact that Israel, Jewish state created after the Second World War, which deflects all the criticism by invoking the memories of Third Reich and it's horrid acts, 80 years later uses the same tactics and methods would be very ironic, if it wasn't so soul-crushing.

@@SnorkelSquad from what I know, that just isn't really the case. The usual modern war infrastructure bombardment, sure, weird trench war reenactment, indeed. But not intentional destruction of food and water sources to annihilate local population. That's because, however one might dislike Russia, Putin or this war, I think people should agree that genocide is not at all Russia's goal. (What exactly is Russia's goal is unclear though, but that whole 'nother can of worms)

@@canalzinha what are you even talking about? I thought there was a talk about genocides - and, well, neither Russian intervention in Syrian civil war nor the Chechen Wars were acts of genocide. Russia didn't try to eradicate Chechen people, and of course Russia wasn't trying to destroy the Syrian people - because why would it? It has nothing to gain from it, and it's not like Russia is a racist state with intent of killing all non-Russians... Russian Federation probably can be described as an aspiring to be imperialist, it can be described as weird as fuck or even as war crimey sometimes. But not genocidal. Not because it's not western - there was a bunch of non-western genocides - but became Russian Federation didn't commit any of them.

Generally, foreign intel propaganda operations won't tie themselves by hardwire to "lefties" (pseudo media-only political parties heavily infested by foreign agencies), they tie themselves to rightoids that act like they aren't commies in operations. You are surprised, only because you do not know how foreign intel agencies work online (and always have). You have to have paid useful-idiot stalking horses that are public (Alex Jones, TYT, etc.) in order to draw attention away from other quieter operations targeting younger demographics like channers or out here.

22:00 I've heard rumors back when the US showed the casualty list that they considered the guys who die in Europe (which was where they were sent after they got injured) as not a war casualties since they didn't die in the warzone, they died at the hospital on Europe, some even suggested that they even sent bodies there, already dead people, not to say they died in the warzone, didn't searched for it, but... If there is documentation available the discrepancy could show the real numbers, thing is, it also counts for Afghanistan, but, if you find the flight datas, you could also find the discrepancy between flights in which can get you closer to overall casualties per place.

The mowing policy reminds of the spartan past time of Crypteia, in which the spartans would declare war on the helots(slaves) and be allowed to kill them without repercusions.

I have to kindly disagree here with your top. Everybody knows that the biggest military L in all history of the United States was Playa Girón (aka. "Bay of Pigs"). One, because it was the first time the United States was defeated in an intervention attemp ever. Two, because it was defeated by a much smaller force (literally a tiny Caribbean island). And three, because they were defeated 60 miles from mainland US.

They failed so spectacularly at intervention that they never really got a chance to actually intervene lmao

GDF is a very informative creator however i do have one gripe with his videos and its that you have to screenshot and use google image to find his sources which is somewhat inconvenient and leads to people new to these information very suspicious of his intentions all of which can be fixed by simply writing his sources in his description tho

I've been a long time fan by youtube standards of GDF and it is the one thing I wished he did do better. He will often times quote directly that seem like they would be super interesting to read but its next to impossible to find where he got them

screenshotting and then uploading on google image search does help but most documents are region locked even for western countries so google img doesnt always show the result you want even though it exists@@qwill60
