What he did with that dumbbell was very impressive. I don’t know if you know this though and I’m only saying it because it was part of the video but the one Brian and Eddie were lifting was a much heavier version. Brian would lift that dumbbell in Dubai probably 15 times. Just don’t want people thinking those dumbbells are the exact same

Khaled lifted a Thomas Inch dumbbell that weighed 172 lbs for several reps whereas the one Brian and Eddie lifted is called the Millennium dumbbell which weighs 228 lbs. They both have a similar diameter of around 2.4''. They are different implements with a very different difficulty level. They are BOTH incredibly impressive, but several hundred people have lifted the Thomas Inch across the world, and less than a dozen have ever lifted the Millenium Dumbbell.

.....Ryan actually used to play tennis at a pretty high level , at least within AUS. He had a shoulder injury which forced him to retire, which lead him to ArmWrestling
