what I don't like is weighing the personality by reason of success or ladder climbing .

I looked at the "Fear of Success" literature a little bit, and from what little I know, it sounds like there may be Fear of Success involved here.

Im primarily sigma and have some omega traits. I love learning about the different personality concepts.

I tend to be predominantly delta, with traces of sigma and gamma.

Deltas: ill just go with the flow and see where this life thing leads

This makes for a seemingly boring personality, even if there is a vast amount of knowledge and confidence that is impatiently waiting to be used. Damn, that is pretty spot on and couldn't have put it better than that. Personality can change for sure and boring can be depending on the situation a pro or a con!

I am probably more "sigma" , but I think there is the concept of a small town sigma. I think a sigma is basically someone that sees no value in entering the social hierarchy because they see no value in it , and/or can quickly enter into one. Its disposable. If one were to move to a small town, and lets say they were worldly and charming relatively speaking, he would easily become the life of the party for the night. However he would not relish the idea of doing so for long in a social circle below him. He will likely be more intelligent , and mysterious to those accustomed to small time life. They drink beer for pleasure while the "sigma" reads a book, learns a skill etc. Pleasure seeking vs accomplishment seeking. So I think a sigma is often a man that is too high up the social hierarchy for his immediate surroundings. I also think "sigmas" are now becoming more common because the virtual world is more interesting than their immediate surroundings. Though it depends on the presence. Do they have a big online foot print or do they prefer anonymity and engage for mental stimulation?

It occurred to me these classifications are more patterns of behavior. If you end up having complete control over your life then you will be the dominant social animal or the capable lone wolf.

So basically Potential untapped

So very true, I lost everything and where I am from being white means 6.2-7.2% of the population and employment equity do not favor white men at all. So it was brutal to get back on track but I did took few years but today I own a small business (really the only option for white men), work ethic have me easily put in 80-100 hours a week, I am also the kind that have lots of patience but when I reach my limit I will say 'ENOUGH!' firmly and intensely, so much so that if that person persists, he knows that if he continues something bad WILL happen with 100% certainty, some get it, some don't and they made a choice and always regret it (see as a hobby that first started because I was bullied in school I started doing Martial Arts and still, I am 42 so 27 years), I don't like fighting these men since I know how it will end, but I always say what I do and do what I say, no exception. I have four Degree (3 Bachelor's and one Master's)... I do not lack conviction, I do not complaint, I achieve my goals through failure (no matter how many times)... So maybe I have qualities of other types but I know who I am, what I can offer, mostly a lone wolf.

I mean, you know that there is no such thing as an alpha male in the human race, right? It only exists in the animal kingdom and not even all animals have this thing. Human society is extremely complex and changeable to label someone as an alpha or beta. You may be a so-called "alpha" in some situations and others you are a "beta" and this is totaly okay. Women's cycle makes them available to be fertilized in the whole year which means there is no dedicated mating season where males have to fight for them. This decreases the compatiton between males plus man and woman generally coupled and live in monogamic way unlike alpha males in the animal kingdom where they obtain more than one female... Plus males genearly picking up women with humor, status, good mode and rearly with beating phisically other men which is generally disgust women. These term are unnecessary for men and even horoscope has more meaning than these toxic alpa, beta , sigma etc. titles to label themselves. If you have a problem with your identity, read scientific books or watch a few tutorials about applied psychology.

Betas are mostly sexually impotent unlike Deltas who get girls but choose to live a normal life and have babies. So that's the difference.
