I know that you mean. 😀 "In hell I 'll be in good company" was in my youtube suggestion list for months before I clicked on it and since then I fell in love with everything they've put out so far.

For anyone who would like to know, the Dead South is: 1. Nate Hilts on guitar/vocals. 2. Scott Pringle on mandolin/vocals. 3. Colton Crawford on banjo. 4. Danny Kenyon on cello/vocals.

Somehow this singer has mastered having that wine to a voice like you get in blues and the scratchy voice of a rock n roll singer. Freaking beautiful sound man.

I found these guys just scrolling through KZread and I think that they are just awesome and the singer with his raspy voice just hits it off perfectly

These talented soles are absolutely music to my ears. I absolutely am addicted to this hands down incredibly awesome band. They are really talented soles. I love what each member of this band brings to in my opinion all together they are outstanding!

So they are Canadians! Who would have guessed? They have pretty authentic blue-grass sounds to UK ears I think. Marvellous band I I found randomly on KZread. "I Hell I'll Be..." was the first I watched and was hooked.

I do not know they are great though. I have noticed in all their vids not all the same band members so I guess change came about. But they are seriously good. I do however like it with the guy in the In Hell I'll Be In Good Company the one that plays the cello like a guitar.

Can't stop listening to these guys. The more you understand the words the more amazing each song is. All the harmonizing at first you dont even hear. When you see the energy in all the live stuff and if you notice that grin like Roy Clark use to get on hee haw ;..... That is somone who knows that they are the real deal. True, heart felt stuff that could have been popular if it came our. 20, 40, or even 100 years ago. Same instruments as back then but more electriicity than almost anyone.. Love this shit and still cant3 believe I just found them 4 months ago.
