Dy seems to be an antagonist and wants to get a reaction from Bossy. I wonder if Bossy knows what Dy wants and is refusing to give her the satisfaction of a chase? It's like Gypsy,Knitty,Bossy and Bessy are all at the mercy of the kidnappers/Aunts. I don't see how they could forcibly get their babies back with out any injuries.

Exactly I went back and watched Gypsy and her situation closer I called her crappy mom, I feel so bad Gypsy is dying to nurse and care for her own babies when we think she’s gone Gypsy is nervously milking in the background looking at her children longingly I felt like such an ass and realized Gypsy is bullied by higher ranking aunts and suffered injuries not listening in the past that’s why she’s so skittish. The aunts stole her babies motherly bond and use her as a feeding machine they used their position to bully her into stealing her kids. She does not leave them.

Wow glad everyone was OK! You too Arroz! Just look at these arms on these girls! They must have a gym in the forest! Wow. Dys arms are massive.

I wish Grandee would come and rescue Bessy and put Dy in her place once and for all. I go away and a bunch of babies are fighting for freedom and their mum's rescue. Sheesh. Sorry I've been away. My sister is in hospice care and other family members distressed for many reasons. Difficult time right now. But, I'm still here. I'll never get or understand baby monkeys completely lol... Knitty is right next to his mum up on the tree but at times he's looking like he has no idea where she is. I know baby monkeys cling tight to an adult but if he only would let go of that adult (assuming that was an aunt?) and simply just walk/jump over to mum then he would be completely happy again. Lol.. I understand when they are several feet apart but Gypsy was one hop away esp when she was sitting directly next to the aunt for a bit.. He could of jumped on his mum also knowing the aunt wasn't holding him against his will either like Dy was doing with Bessy. I'll never understand a monkeys mind..

LMAO Bossy half heartedly attempts to get Bessy back then just grabs Spunky like "Guess this is my baby now fuck it". Either that or "Fine. If I can't have my baby, now nobody can. All babies seem to end up just fine to me! Clearly Bossy is ALLOWING it as she stays close but will groom herself and turn her back...I know for a fact IF Bossy wanted Bessy back she would have her...ALL the females would take out anyone bothering the head female. For the Dy haters, she never goes far from Bossy either, if I wanted to nap I would take off in case the whole clan attacked me, as no matter the size of her 10 on 1 has no chance. I think the Knotty things was an "I have him" or an "Idc I can get another baby" Poor girl must be craving a little one of her own as it is ingrained to pass on their genes as most animals. We only see small snips from many, many months of their lives. Only the videographer may truly "know" what is going on and even with animal specialists....animals do things to surprise us all the time good and bad, hmm guess thats why they are called animals :) Just my opinion of course

I'm baffled as well. It just shows that there's a lot going on there that we'll never be able to get to the bottom of it. Their society is complex and their politics is equally fascinating.

I agree with Angel Bookman, they all end up fine. I am wondering if this is a lesson they are teaching the babies?? I think if the mothers wanted their babies back they would all gang up and get them back. Dy is a freak and she scares me, after the hill incident with Spunky however the rest of them know each other.

They broke knotty into accepting the situation knitty fought like hell and refused to accept the situation he fought the hiarchy to be with mom this made Gypsy feel loved that’s why she dotes on knitty.

The babies seem a little traumatized the day after - not really wanting to be outside their safe place.

Coulda totally made a break for it at 7:35 - one of a few good chances she had! Was it ever determined why Bossy didn’t care or try and get needy back when she was crying for mom?

Gypsy wants her back she ranks lower than her babysitter so she can’t just take her remember the hiarchy

Because they aren't threatened or feel concerned. Its the same as if you are leaving your kids at a day care or with a relative for a few hours while you worked or had to shop. US humans attempt to place moral standards on WILD ANIMALS. DY isn't doing anything wrong by nature.

It's gotta be pretty soul crushing to these babies to be held against their will and within sight of their mother and their mother does nothing... I have a hard time understanding why the babysitters would even want to do that because they're keeping the baby while it's at it's worst. Since the baby can see it's mother it's pretty much on 24/7 fit mode and the sitter can't dare release the visegripped hand from their little foot so they can go to their mom and nurse. Monkey society is much weirder that I ever could have imagined, some of the mothers are caring and loving and protective until the baby's old enough to fend for it'self, others are basically retarded. The babies never really learn what the rules are, they can't be told what they are so they learn them by breaking them and the punishment for breaking them is usually to be bitten but the rules are so vague they may get punished for not breaking any rule....very weird. I started following all these vids because I love to watch the babies play. Learning how the older one and adults are has been a strange education!

Gypsy don't want hers back. She's a bad mother to me. Those babies need the love and comfort of their mother and she just doesn't have it. Bossy is a hard one but you can see her tenderness with her babies
