The Dark Side of Your Emotional Needs: Safety
Feeling safe and secure is one of our primal emotional needs. At its deepest level, the drive for safety and security is really the drive for survival itself.
In this second video in my series on the dark side of your emotional needs I'll talk about where the need for safety comes from and the effects of an excessive drive for safety, which can range from flashbacks and panic attacks to depression.

I remember the times when I was in London, the branch office was located in one of the most exclusive áreas. We all knew what was coming, and as today we weren't wrong.
Thank you for sharing this knowledge, especially in these crazy times.
Absolutely brilliant video, thank you so much for sharing this information/wisdom !
I was raised in my teens in the USA, and educated on a very specific area of engineering by my stepfather, an American/German. He was one of the greatest engineers in what it did. I followed he's steps but I change to another area of expertise. Life was hard, very hard trough my years. Can't complain. I did and had what most humans only can dream of. Like I said in my previous comment, I'm waiting for the right time to rise again. I have a lot to give and ways to help. Will see what comes first.
Thank you.
Thank you so much
