They possibly didn't hear them due to the sirins. Also, the only people who know who batman is bruce wayne at the end of the dark knight rises are Gordon, Fox, Blake, Alfred, and Selina

iTECH apps but if you have an iPhone your phone has to be jail broken but you can’t download it off of a android or a Samsung or something like that you can only have a jailbroken iPhone or iPad but I don’t know if your phone has to be jailbroken or not you can try it and see
