The Dangers of a Bonsai Grafted Trunk

Ever thought about buying grafted material and a garden center? Most of the time it can work out with some work and well thought planning. You may need to air layer the tree or ground layer it. In this case, spruce to not take well to air/ground layer. Sometime you lose tree's but hopefully you can learn and watch out for bad graft and save yourself some headaches.

That’s a LEGIT warning to anyone buying online! Grafts RARELY go unnoticed but can be done well…….. or they can sometimes end up like the last tree shown…….. bummersville. Admittedly, I have a few grafted bonsai. Two good and one horror show……… Bro, you should work in filmmaking! I discovered ur channel a couple weeks ago and am digging the wit and randomness of content. Reminds me of my ADHD…….. that’s a weird compliment btw. I actually love having ADHD!! I’m never stuck on any one thing for too long.

Thanks I think, lol. I been doing bonsai for 20 years and whatever I'm feeling during that time of editing, I just go with. It's funny too, as I have a degree in editing but have never used in as a job until now.
