I'm still here! 🎊 Just catching up on the Daily Grinds I missed. The schedule is so important to achieving those goals. Been mapping my days and so far: game changer!
The color code system really helps provide a gut check visual at the end of the week, month, etc.

Sabrina here. I did watch your Video last year on planning and goals and I made a wheel and divided things up. It motivated me to finally find a bank that wasn't charging me a monthly fee saved me over $60. I started an exercise program for 6 months. I have continued to exercise more than once a week and over the summer lost 10 lb s!

this is SO helpful. real talk, when I FIRST witnessed daily grind, it was over whelming to me. The lists, the colors- it was pretty but I didn't even know where to start. These videos (and the dozens of others you have made) take the weight off my shoulders. Its really so simple once you learn how it works! and YAY for Andre tomorrow!!
Using the colour coding makes planning so much more fun 😊 I am chunking a lot of stuff together while I commute on my bike for 15km to work in the morning. I use the time to do my affirmations, have silence, listen to an inspiring podcast and of course I am exercising at the same time 😁 On my way home I again listen to a podcast or just enjoy nothing on my ears, depending on how busy work was 😊

Day 18…10 daily goals/schedule 1. Wake up at 7:30 AM weekdays 2. Chug 12 oz of water first thing 3. Read 3 affirmations 4.Shower in AM 5. Send one positive text 6.Stick to food budget 7. One duty on clean list 8. Make dinner 9. No dishes in the sink 10. Watch DG video 👍🏻

I’ve been watching since day 1 and I have been going like crazy with my planner and my check list . Then yesterday I fell and broke my arm 😅 but that’s not going to stop me !!! I love ur videos thank you so much for doing them they make me feel so much better ❤❤❤❤

I have a lot of anxiety about being behind in anything, so scheduling is super important for me.
Ok so one of my goals is to read something that is non Disney 🤣Yup sounds cray cray but I do have a Disney library 📚 Been collecting for a long time🤪Let’s see my guess for tomorrow’s reveal is that Carl is coming out with his own line of merch❤Will definitely make it to the livestream tomorrow cuz it’s in my planner 🙌 Great inspiration as always. Yay can't wait for tomorrow, wish I could join live but time difference doesn't allow it (not if i'm sticking to my 4:30am wake-up) so will tune in the second I finish my workout. Looking forward to seeing Andre too. This was a really good eye opener today. I used to fill old planners with meaningless tasks and fill up my day and then always felt like my day didn't have purpose and I'd never have time to do things that I wanted to do. Not anymore! literally cannot wait for my DG planner to arrive and colour code my goals into my day.

That is what I do too! I like getting my day started early.
So do you do this the night before the next day so you know how your day is going to look like ? Or this done every morning ?
Scheduling is a BIG roadblock for me! I get anxiety if I miss a timeline 😕 😆
So exciting! And love this method of writing up the schedule - I like to chunk everything down and that seems to be a good way to cover everything in one. 🖤🖤

Started my habit tracker and also made an outline of my daily schedule. Proud to say that I’ve been super consistent with my morning workouts this month! The first 2 goals on my list are to wake up earlier and drive to the gym M-F (I noticed that I was procrastinating to get my workout done or skipping it when I was doing it at home) - and it’s been working WAY better than I expected🙂 Haven’t missed a weekday so far this month!

I get up at 4 Monday through Thursday due to my job. But this is what I need for my weekend. I started getting in a bad habit of laying around and doing nothing. But since doing the daily grid this month it has helped!

When do you or how do you reassess your goals? I’m having a hard time giving action items to each of my goals everyday, which tells me some of them are not lighting my fire and need to change.

YES to trying to cook dinner and not constantly use Uber Eats every night! That’s one of my goals because it got to be so easy to just order delivery, yet is so much more expensive than buying groceries and cooking. Have to stop that for myself and eat healthier meals that I make.
Day 18, I'm listening while driving my city running errands! 🤩🎃😍🌞🙌 This is so helpful. I 💖 my Daily Grind planner! Edited to add that I get up at 4am. I use to do 3:30 am and although I loved it, I was a zombie by 6 pm. I sleep until 5 if there is a later activity at night that I need to be human for. 😄

so good!! I definitely need to work on being more aware of what I am doing with some of my time because I tend to focus on one or two goals every day and by the end of the week/month I wonder why the other things aren't happening
With the kids getting up at 6, I actually get up at 4am 😅 I used to try doing a lot of my things in the evening, but it just sets the tone for my whole day if I wake up at 4. Before, my day was reactionary, responding to everyone else’s needs. But by waking up early, even sitting with my Dad for 12 hours a day feels like it’s my day, if that makes any sense 😅😂
