    💙💙💙💙 I have had so much reflection over your daily videos. 1. Make a web organizer of different aspects that go into achieving my main big goal of creating my business 2. Focus on daily habits (water intake, protein intake, steps, self care). 3 Purge items in my house that can get me more clear headed, clutter makes me very overwhelmed. 4. Spend more one on one time with my children (go for walks together, read together more) 5 Limit social media (the constant scrolling is killing me) 6 Concentrate on nutrition and overall well being of my health 7. List out the stresses of my life and ideas on how to not let it run my life. My anxiety crushes me on the daily 8 Read a book a month. I am currently reading the Bible but I also need some sort of love story classic to cling on to 9 Meal plan, this will save me impulse buying at the grocery store. 10 Make bread/cake mix and brownie mix from scratch. I would like to be more home steady and always wanted to complete this. I have to remember that I am the only person that is keeping myself from not accomplishing my goals. I have to make a change!

    💙💙💙💙I've been revisiting my goals instead of writing them out and abandoning them, hoping that they're gonna take off on their own. It was mind-blowing how much I was able to check off. It's amazing how the little things compound over time! My current short-term goals: lose the last 30 lbs, eliminate excess snacks, keep growing my business, stick with my workouts, and take a few minutes a day for myself.💙💙💙

    💙💙💙 Today was a breakthrough day….I’m the kind of person who needs permission to make small things a goal..and I know the small things will lead to big things down the line. Putting these out here for accountability..to look back one day and say yes I slayed that along with this whole tribe of driven and capable friends along the way! 1. Wake up at 6am daily daily 2. Self-care routine (including Gua-sha) morning and night 7 days a week 3. Finish a 4-week workout program 4. Walk 10k steps daily 5. Walk the dog daily to get outdoors time and some extra bonding with the furry one 6. Sell used clothing/purge closet 7. 20-min of audiobook during shower/hair/skin/makeup 8. Daily KZread tutorial for professional goal (leadership) and personal goal (weight loss) 8. View/track goals daily 9. Daily gratitude 10. 5 min stretch We’ve got this! 💙💙💙

    💙💙💙 I don’t have my top ten written out yet because I’m listening to this at work, but after taking this year to focus on my mental health, I can tell I’m ready to jump back into the hustle hit those milestones I want to achieve!     💙💙💙💙 Here are my top 10 goals for the month: 1. Do one thing/day that contributes to work growth 2. Walk or run daily 3. Drink at least 64 oz of water daily (may have to increase) 4. Juice or have my greens daily 5. Bring lunch 4 days out of the work week 6. Do my nails 1/wk 7. Read one book/month 8. Laundry & dishes done daily as minimum 9. Complete all work tasks for the day 10. Do one thing/day that contributes to personal growth Thank you! I feel like this helps a lot! One of my bigger goals is to be in management. One of the goals I’ve been struggling to get done is reading. I think I just need to find a different book. 💙💙💙💙

    💙💙💙 I shared my 10 goals on the other video but my main/top goals are to reach my BMI (almost there) and to find our dream land and build a forever house on it. We had purchased land but not exactly what we wanted. Being in this group and following every day and really writing it all out, I focused in on the big goal and what we truly wanted. Now, we won't settle. We sold the other land (finalized last Wednesday!) It's amazing the impact you have Angie!! More determined and focused than ever 💕

Here are my 10 goals for October. 1) Brainstorm & 0plan Red22 Colab. 2) Learn Meta Business Suites. 3) Order & make fall shirts. 4) Sale X amount in Shop Destinée. 5) Pay down debt by x amount. 6) Setup Amazon for SD. 7) Write and post blog . 8) Study QCNS. 9) Study & pass project management class. 10) take a writing class. My dream big goal is a have a home on a couple of acres with a view. 💙👻
