The first character I finished hell was a summoner druid cause everyone said it was the worst character of them all. I still remember using a Buriza + Bear spam to kill the ancients...

Found Gull Dagger 20 minutes after starting my first character on D2R. Never found it again

I am so grateful for this. Never liked PvP and beating the game is just a matter of time...but the greedy finding of treasure never ceases to excite me even after all this time and keeps me coming back. Thank you for this journey!

Add hardcore on top of that and you Will have the true experience, softcore is literally just a matter of time, doing the same thing over and over again without even thinking.. life is too short to waste time on a game with zero risks

I've been doing a grail online. I keep track of my items, and then toss any items I don't want to keep into free games for new players. :)

I always liked the saying, "If they can do it with you, they can do it TO you." Has always rang true for me.

Really loved this stream. I loved watching you play as usual. But when you went over how we can treat other people and not think about how it affects everyone really hit home for me. I don't want to say I was a snake, but I didn't value many of my friendships and didn't think about how my actions would affect them. I'm older now and have changed, but now realize I was the one who was cut out of a lot of my friend's gatherings and I never understood why. But you helped me come to an understanding of it. At least if you are the fastest speed runner of a game, I'd much prefer for it to be D2 over pacman.

Doing and account grail is going to take a lot of the boring grind out of it. Fully endorse doing it with multiple characters. You have to diversify your builds, so although there are advantages, there are some disadvantages too. Do you use your Ber for an enigma, or save for infinity? Good luck, Llama

Holy Grail - Ressurected Edition

I’ve been working on my holy grail since the game released online. With only having 4 characters lvled up I’m afraid I won’t have enough mules. I’ve almost completed all the set pieces and probably about 50% of the uniques.

GoMule/Atma's Stash works with D2R, and it was a complete life saver for my holy grail, being that I want to be able to look back and actually see all the items I've accumulated. Of course, this means you have to be playing offline characters.

Mrlame-a what does holy grail mean is it only a specific class or what is it? I've played diablo since before LOD came out wayy back in the day but never heard of holy grail what is a holy grail character? What does it consist of is it a specific class etc.

Meanwhile, I found two Mang's fairly early on in my grail. I've yet to ever find a Tyrael's though. RNG man.

Absolutely love the football talk. And I must say as a native Pittsburgher we LOVE our one dimensional pass rushers here. Absolutely no other part of playing football matters.

Is there any good way of keeping track of Grail Progress? Like a web page or something?

How he keep the score of items? He have automatic excel or addon of some sort for D2?

Anyone else having issues where the character you just used isn’t the 1st one ? But instead pushed to the middle somewhere?

Where can I get the list to keep track of items for my grail?

First, I'd like tot hank you for all the tips, tricks, and tutorials. My D2R Sorceress (MF, Orb/Hydra) was leagues ahead of my older TCP/IP(single player, but played with friends on week-ends in /p8 games for fun/challenge). So yeah much MUCH stronger. However it sucks that I can't do a Grail online. I mean you run out of character/stashes very very quickly. So because I ran out of space, I just stopped playing D2R... I will return when (but more IF) they fix the storage issues. It's not a popular idea on the forums, so it may never happen, but ultimately I feel D2R is the inferior product here. PlugY and /p8 in tcpip was just too awesome and I can't justify investing the hours in D2R until it at least meet that level (well, no need for infinite stashes, but honestly I am sure they'll sell them for money at somepoint, so it's just a matter of waiting). Looking forward to your new grail. Make sure to show your gear every session so we can keep up on your progress. Good luck, and thanks again for all the mentoring !

@@paulstumborg6584 he got famous with his speedruns in d2, he prob hold some records to this day, he is also charismatic af and knows a loooot about the game. but yeh, i wish he did more hardcore content, i feel like d2 is pretty balanced for hardcore and makes everything 10x more rewarding

I think a D3 grail would mean something if every item was ancient. Primal would be absolutely insane. But just getting a weak version would go so quickly with the way the game plays. Can’t decide whether or not an ancient D3 grail would equate a D2 grail. I would probably still say D2 though

We really really need the currency tab as 4th stash tab play a new character for a week and one whole tab with runes 1 with gems and have to combine them just not to run out of room then screwed on lower gems to upgrade runes. Llama use your big d swing powers to push the currency tab on d2r development team!!!! Plz

As a Browns fan it hurts to relive the dumb moments of our team and we end up cutting Odell trading Baker and now Cleveland sports media is seriously throwing the idea of trading Nick Chubb to "Stock pile draft picks," and I'm almost done watching. I've been saying fire Stefanski since last year when he didn't bench Baker while playing the worst football of his career while also having him average 33 throws a game (also keep in mind he was only averaging 28 throws in the first 2 weeks BEFORE he tore his labrum) while Chubb has 16.8 carries and he still hasn't learned Chubb is on the team with only 18 carries a game with a backup QB for 11 games while only having one good WR and your RB is literally averaging 5.5 yards a carry. No, he'll pump up the carries once the line is hurt and he's only averaging 4 yards, that's when he'll get his tenure high under KS of 26 carries! Not any of the games where he had over 120 yards on less than 20 carries (a feat in which he's done 3 TIMES! and another of 118 yds on 19 carries!) I don't understand how anyone can defend the man, I honestly think he's the WORST head coach in the NFL. Maybe Watson will do so bad we'll have to cut him and we'll be out of this dumpster fire in a decade or 2.

Personally when finished playing a game I write bots / automation / tools / etc. It's the real endgame.

just wondering if Diablo games are ok to play using a laptop's track pad. im just wondering about playing these games completely solo (start easy mode of course) and just get lost in the lore and such.

@@jkc877 I think thats coming with the ladder patch. Ladder only will be the new runewords that will become available once ladder ends.

I really hate that whistle sound they added to shine activation. I don't even know why it annoys me so much but it does.

One eternity later..

I was under the impression that there was a 20 character limit for single player as well as online. I guess it either changed at some point or all the posts I've read were wrong. Anyways I just tested and I'm up to 31 characters in SP, so yeah I guess you can go to 99 or whatever before it has errors (according to stream).
