Actually it conflates $2.2B with $55B. Because at the time of the contract signing the shares were valued at $2.2B. By executing on the plan Elon and everyone at Tesla greatly increased the value. Furthermore there was no mystery that the stock would be worth more if the plan was fully achieved.

The cybertruck suspension that fell off was an Aftermarket product. Not OEM

I used to make make The Tesla Space one of the places I check out daily. But I can no longer trust this channel. First, the image used for posting this video is misleading. Second, the title used for this video is misleading. Third, the "Bullet Points", or talking points, for this video are not well constructed. (And all that is only 13 seconds into the video.) I understand that the model calls for eyes and clicks. And it worked on me this time (I clicked). But when I can't trust the images, titles, and talking points, there is no reason to continue with the video nor the channel. Thank you for what you have posted in the past. (I will not be visiting again.)

@@ConcreteLand Not at all! As a former mechanic, sidewall damage is a very serious issue and I would recommend a new tire for safety reasons if I ever saw any sidewall damage. People die from tyre blow outs all the time and having damage to the sidewall increases that risk (especially on a 6500lb vehicle!).

What foolishness ? It’s the worth of the stocks increasing from 2 billion to 55 billion which benefitted all stock holders not just Elon. He just took the same number of shares promised to him. Monetary value is irrelevant since board agreed to give him equivalent amount of shares rather than X amount in money. Share based incentives worked as they should and Elon did worked more than normal shareholders to get those shares.

@@sa34w That's not how publicly traded companies work. Soldiers have died so Elon can get the public to invest. Unless you think he himself owns and invented the right of contract, in the Constitution. He doesn't get to cherry pick a board that will give him an outrageous income that soldiers paid for in trust that equity (not the same as equality) will be upheld. Elon has many remedies.

This isn't the first time the Cyber truck has had problems they took it on a back roads a while back and when they got back some of the front suspension parts were bent

Elon is just pissed because a verdict come down negative for him. So of course he wants to re-incorporate the company in a place that "favors him". But that doesn't mean it favors "shareholders". This is a common trend for Elon to do. When ever something happens that doesn't favor him, he likes to change the market. Example, UNIONS in the factories. I am a Tesla owner for 5+ years now. But i am not happy with Elon's changes to the company. I have monitored the company for years. He alone has caused the company's value to diminish. He has caused their stock price to drop drastically by his public behavior. Another example, HE FEELS that FSD is a appreciating asset so taking the price of $3,000 to $13,000 over the course of 3-ish years. That also pricing the feature out of the market for most owners. Because HE feels this, but the market does not.

a standard of battery wear and tear can be implemented like an oil change. so if it is old it wont be used. Redesign it so they can swap out. I'd rather a fully charged old one than a brand new one that is dead when I don't want to wait hours on hours for a charge@@pietersmit621

Beancounter Engineering on those wheel caps ...... I can pretty much guarantee the engineers ran into problems with it but Beancounters in Management (AKA Elon) INSISTED that they do it anyway because that's what he wanted ...... You find a Common Failure point on any device and I can pretty much guarantee it was spec'ed by a Beancounter and not an Engineer ..... That thing is butt ugly with or without wheel caps anyway so what's the big deal in just doing it right?

That number for Toyota Corolla includes many different models of hatchback, wagon and sedan. If your going to include all of those flavors then you have to include the Model 3 and Model Y for Tesla, which gives 1,739,707 for Tesla and is higher than the Corolla.

It would have been a good gesture for him to leave it due to his latest shenanegans dragging Tesla down, his underperformance on key areas (4680, FSD, CT, Semi, 25K car, solar).

This is where Elon fights, the system, too well to give this a recall for the size of the warning labels. He hadn’t ignore the NTSB request it would not of forced “recall” two ways to look at it if what he was requested to in the beginning, they wouldn’t have forced to recall. And when Tesla designed the warning icons, they should’ve been aware of the federal regulations all could’ve been medicated before the recall was announced to the world.

About the font size: the other option would have been Tesla just obeying regs. But yeah, the others are to blame. Typical Musk/Tesla stance.

Elon Musk is a supporter of Putin. He is not on the side of Ukraine and democracy. For that reason, I cannot get excited about SpaceX or Tesla anymore. In fact, I would not now buy a Tesla and I was a huge fan of the Cybertruck. I am now glad I bought a gas powered Ford F150 in 2019. I would hate to be driving a vehicle that is a billboard for Putin and autocracy. Long live Ukraine and it's heros.

No sympathy here, they didn't follow regulations on the font size to start with and then, thinking they would get away with it, didn't do the "simple over the air update" before a recall was issued!! They shot themselves in the foot!
