Customers with overgrown lawns know they created a mess and expect perfection in one cut. Like you said, it may take a couple of cuts to get them right. But, like you said. Clear and concise communication with the customer is key. Hydration is crucial this time of the season. Fluid intake the day before sets you on the right path. Just an observation. Whenever you prune shrubs, it’s a good idea to cut a little. Step back and look at the symmetry of the shrub. This prevents odd shapes and promotes symmetry. Bottom line is simple. If you want that pristine lawn, it takes work. They had a mess. Keep cutting brother!

Great services. I believe the homeowner could use weed killer in the front and back to help KEEP her lawn looking better longer. It's a fast service you could provide or a suggestion to the homeowner. Then, there's fertilizer. All great DIY or added lawn care services. Keep up the great work! Peace and Blessings

We are glad our customer spoke up thou because it helps us to make adjustments as we continue to grow. We can't always assume folks know stuff.

Common sense should tell her it won’t be perfect the first couple times. The grass is a mess and has to be shaped back.

Honestly, I think that customer had some high expectations. From what I saw, the back was that bad at all.
