Recently subscribed and man is it refreshing to see a truck of this caliber being built and maintained on nothing more than jackstands! Good work and thanks for the great content.

Instead of speed holes, turn the box frame into a C channel frame since most has been reinforced with the cage! You could drop 50 lbs real quick

Leave the engine mount fully boxed, but where the frame is welded at the seam, cut things there. You can always add bars if it needs to be stiffened.

Get freedom racing to donate a billet aluminum block lol. Maybe go to a sheet metal place and see if they will let you weigh a piece of steel and aluminum 4x8 sheet and see what the difference is and if the floor would be worth it but I think you should wait until the winter to do that and tube chassis frame from the front suspension back maybe. Maybe the battery idea and possibly eliminate the radiator or get a smaller one and move it up front less coolant.

Sorry to see it stripped so far. Hopefully it'll be back up and running soon, we all know you'll bring it back stronger and faster than before. Good luck.

What about carbon fiber driveshafts? That would probably cut a good amount. And rotating weight so more power.

Look at reducing all the lines that hold fluid. Your rear mount radiator transfers weight to the rear but every gallon of coolant is about 9lbs. I bet you have a gal plus in coolant lines. Plus the weight of the hoses. same for all the lines you have.

I feel like it might be time for you to back-half the truck this winter.

Don’t cut speed holes in the frame if you sleep pull you need as mush strength as you can that’s a big week point
