Feel like his coat got a downgrade, not as detailed anymore, the strings holding it together, but I feel like it does fit well with noxians military, grey/iron/stoney accents, when I look at it I instantly get Sion vibes. Although Leblanc does have gold accents on her clothing, so I suppose this Vlad wishes to blend in more with the general Noxian noble populance. Pants could use some more hue though, they got no color anymore. But yeah, that Amulet is a great addition of showing his origin.

It also helps that they explicitly start with Vladimir as looking aged, older, but as he drains the life force of others he grows more youthful and full of vigor until he is as physically strong, seductive, and beautiful as his nephew who became the ruined king so young.

Just like Swain he looks better than ever and I'll be playing him.

I love how they incorporate finally one cinematic to this champion, Vladimir have in the Lor too but never had a cinematic to show him and one great idea show the form old to make a young version coming to WildRift, amazing Riot

Vladimir is a vampire, essentially immortal, but every now and then he has to consume mortal blood in order to "look" young again, when in reality he's already a few hundred years old and his mind are mostly gone, which is why every 100 years he'd commission an artist to make a painting for him so he'd get a semblance of what he did during that time

Probably not Season 2, but in a new season with a new story in Noxus They can tie him to Viego and the whole Sentinel thing, and also Leblanc and the Black Rose (as well as Swain and Darius, probably)

Wild Rift always does a great job at modelling champions, and they've done a really good job once again! Plus the cinematic was amazing, considering it's the artstyle from Arcane.

And we still have 2010 Vlad model in normal League in 2024 💀

Visual team on point as always! Love it how they decided to sneakily showcase how the matchmaking works in wild rift with this cinematic: the bird (Swain? Fiddle?) on their promo hopelessly watching his wintrading/troll/boosted teammates spoon-feeding the enemy team. The only thing that's missing is the bird getting a chat restriction after the game.

This is an amazing cinematic, just like how they incorporated Thresh’s new look into Wild Rift while continuing his lore, they did the same with Vladimir. The cinematic picks up where his Art is Life story left off. Lol both Thresh and Vladimir are pulling up to Noxus, they’re definitely going to move the story forward, probably going to team up and bring Mordekaiser back.

So he looks so young cause he took a bunch of blood got it.

Indeed, but maybe one day they will asu Vladimir and give him those voice lines. Though the visual story telling of this is actually golden. It’s not just vlad being seen by the raven… he sees the raven as well. He did all this as a simple show of force. A wordless communication. “I know your watching swain. And I am not going to be so easily barred from what I desire.”

Ive been always a Vlad otp. I never thought he's this powerful in lore

@Ik0nic because I checked with the community that checks game files. She was not found. Which isn't surprising because Pyke wasn't in the files but still released. Besides Maddy has said "pet" champion champions are hard to implement. They are working on it.
