He is both quite powerful and has decades of experience fighting and hunting as a specter. He also can’t be easily killed. Killing him just forces his physical body to reanimate in the shadow isles. It does make sense they pull off of that and make him a powerful villain in skin lore etc

If I had a nickel for every time Irelia got knocked to the ground after recklessly charging into the enemy, then got a mild concussion with ringing in her ears as she struggled to get up, only to be saved at the last moment by her allies, I would have 2 nickels. Which isn't alot, but its weird that its happened twice.

​​​@@rubberduck2401 win rate isn't always the champion's fault or rather the person playing them it is also because of the team so win rate doesn't matter when the team is trash.There were a lot of matches I had that I could've gotten MVP in if my team wasn't trash. A Yi went into my lane constantly everytime he died he came back to my lane and fed Darius no matter how many times I told him to stay away he kept coming back. Darius carried that whole team and gotten MVP. That wasn't my fault but my Irelia win rate was affected because of that match.

Watch Wild Rift Dev Diary patch 3.1 . They have already said that they are still working on releasing Wild Rift to South Asia and a console version for Wild Rift but they won't update about these news in 2022. So, maybe they will release Wild Rift in India in 2023.

Not in-game per-se. But they use the ones in skin presentation. Actual in-game models are very similar to pc to save ram.(i mean 8 lines dialogue, no extra animation, just battle animation, recall and dash)
