Having a dream is neither here nor there. A woman in my family who was under pressure to get married woke up one day with positive thoughts and by day two agreed to marry a man who her parents were making her marry for some time. She had a dream that she was happily married to him. A few days later a girl who used to sleep in the same room told her that she was having trouble sleeping and woke to see the womans mother reciting a prayer and throwing dust and wood chips over her whilst she was asleep, the same night she had the dream. Regardless The woman told me she was so so happy and was counting down the days to her nikah, worried that someone was going to steel him from her. They lived happily, as in a dream marriage for the next twenty years. She says they were in love, they had children, money. Then one day the marriage started breaking down rapidly. She says it was from God because things were moving way to fast and stopping this was beyond her control, an external force. Both married young and were still not even in middle age by the time of the divorce and they were left with young children and a lot of heart break. Everyone was advising the woman to re marry because she was still ‘young’. But no one ever did propose. So she devoted all her time to raise her children well. Now it has left everyone asking did her mother do ruqqiyah over her? Or is she a kaffir and did black magic? Or was it jealousy because of their seemingly perfect life?

I found Islam and learned of its beauty due to a friendship with a Muslim lady. While she is no longer in my life, I continued to learn and said the shahada on 10/10. I picked the date because 10/10 symbolizes perfection. This Ramadan has been lonely but also a moment of growth. I find myself wanting to visit the masjid so I can learn to pray better. I feel at peace. The friend and I no longer have a relationship. During this journey, I've felt a strong desire for marriage and companionship. I've been praying and asking Allah for strength. Last night, I dreamt of this friend. I wrote the dream down when I woke up for sehri. Then I felt compelled to check my email and the first message I read said, "You are the dreamer and the dream." Then when I started work, I opened KZread and this video was the first one on my page. I'll continue to have tawakkul in Allah. Thank you, sister, for sharing your story. I'm more inspired to be focused moving forward.

I've listened to a scholar just recently, I am not sure if it was Mufti Menk or another one who was asked a question from someone coming from a similar background and that he wants to get married. He was advised to perfect his faith, to grow in it and then to settle and look for a partner. I wanted to share this with you. May Allah open your doors. The same thing happened to me!! I knew my soon-to-be husband at age 18 as we went college together. I wanted to focus on islam and studying and he went abroad to study. 8 years later i had a dream about him i ignored it as we wasnt talking A year later another dream I had many many suitors during this time!! But some reason isnt working out At 28, he just shows up ay my house and asks my parents for my hand in marriage 😱 We marry and have 1 baby, when baby is 6months old my husband gets diagnosed with a rare cancer, i lose the job i worked so hard for years 😆 but to be his carer alhumdulillah ❤ I had another dream This time a voice telling me to hurry to Umrah before my husband dies. If we don't go this week he wont make it. Alhumdulillah somehow we manage to get tickets! And we went and returned safely (Yacine koucha he's on KZread to see his Umrah/cancer journey❤) I like to believe i was chosen to make his death and easy as possible and alhamdulillah we even we got to go umrah together I'm also happy i was able to make him a father before he passed ❤ inshallah in the afterlife he has a whole football team of kids 💖💗💖😂 just as he wanted. 🙏

Sister Im currently 29 and i honestly have the same or v similar story to yours, so v relatable to me but im still struggling to find the righteous husband partner and you are absolutely right i shouldn't be desperate but i must continue praying for the righteous husband and at the right time, the time which is decided by Allah Swt. But this struggling time period is so tough and the constant noise by your family. Don’t worry sis, focus on your relationship with Allah swt and make continuous duaa, give charity, be good to your parents and believe from the depths of your soul Allah swt will grant you the spouse you’re looking for. I was like you when I was 29 and ended up getting married at 32 alhamdulilah. It will happen for you in shaa Allah just stay persistent and ask Allah for the best while being the best and you will see your duaa answered by the grace of Allah swt who is the most loving and generous. The second day after I met my husband, I walked into a patient room and the little kid was playing "Omar & Hana" the show on their moms phone. My name is Hana and my husband is Omar. i gasped. And 2 years prior to that, I was engaged to someone else, I saw the show as well and thought "how funny would it be if I married an Omar". It was trippy to say the least

Haha I had a dream twice of a man with short darker hair,but could only see his back The first dream was years ago and he was helping me with baking the pie to put it out so that I don't harm myself. He was protective. The second dream was before Ramadan last year,I saw him in front of a specific faculcy in my town but there was me standing next to him And a month later in Ramadan I met someone who studies at this uni and only had 3 exams left but is already employed in his field Turned out he loves food and cooking and somehow always in the beginning our topics were food. 🤣 But I just remembered this dream yesterday which makes it even more crazy. And there was one more dream before these two In a dream I was standing with a young man in a specific town,and he was islamically educated , we were talking. Turns out he is(the person I met) from that town and graduated from islamic high school years ago. 😅 i remember that after the third dream I even knew his name and when I woke up I was trying to find him on Facebook😂 SubhanaAllah So I think it's a sign for you too.😊 may Allah bless you❤

Assalamulaikum! I honestly think this video was the answer to my duas! I started my research about marriage, how to do it the Islamic way, and Islamic rights/responsibilities when I was 18. Recently I had an engagement that broke off, that was devastating because I feel like I did everything right from my end, but I didn't know where I went wrong. Whenever Allah wills for it to happen, it will happen and to trust Allah's timing. Thank you so much for the video, it came to me at a perfect time when I wanted it the most!

Keep trying but at the same time be fully satisfied that Allah is doing what is best for you. Maybe Allah saved you from several potential narcissists psychopaths. How many MARRIED sisters are stuck in a HELLISH marriage? whatever the reason, and no matter what the future holds, realize that Allah knows best whats good for you. I pray that Allah give you the best in both worlds, Ameen.

I'm 21 and currently pursuing engineering. So since I am in a university there was a guy I liked (secretly) but he is not Muslim so there was no point. One day he told me that he was interested in me and as much as I avoid haram relationships and talking to boys, it was a huge test for me because I really liked him. As I was fighting the urge to tell him that I liked him too, that day I saw a dream of my future spouse(I have never seen him irl) he had such a good character and looks. I immediately knew that Allah was trying to tell me to avoid that guy cause he had someone way better in store for me. I still haven't met him tho please pray for me that I meet him at the right place and at the right time with the will of Allah.

Allah will make it happen when it needs to. I think the difficulty for us is to let go of what we want so bad and just turn to Allah for our needs and being actively patient by improving ourselves until we get there. We want the ideal person so bad we forget to become the ideal person for them..

If it helps, dreams that come from Allah (referred to as true dreams) are characterised by being short yet very vivid (sometimes you can remember them for years) and bright/hopeful like Hana described. When they come from the mind, typically they're longwinded, confusing and difficult to remember.

There is somebody who is expert in explaining dreams, even people wonder every time when he start explaining thier dreams how he knew about details in thier lives only from the puzzles of words that tell the stories of thier dreams. I saw many who explain dreams but thier behaving sometimes like منجم or magician in another word because they push people with dramatic explanations about what will happen in future like saying to a woman stay away from that person and things that can bring problems to thier lives. Those men who explain dreams mostly get so much calls from women in a crazy way 90 percent of calls from women lol. The truth is that :there are few people Allah almighty gave them the knowledge of this science like the blessed prophets Israel and his son Joseph peace be upon on them both.

My internal clock ticks silently and scares me too. Also saw another video of a sheik who said he has 13 daughters and some got married at 17, some at 31 and the ones who got married later are mashallah so happy with good men and children. I want that but also understand that I have to put the work in. Also maybe whoever Allah sent for me is also putting his work in and Allah is preparing us for each other. Please make dua for me. Could you do a series on how to prepare yourself and how to be a righteous wife ? As you said there are so many influences in the West and it is difficult to figure out and navigate how to be righteous so that one may have a righteous spouse.

Thank you dear, glad it's helping. I'd be careful though, many of the muslim men who are "dating" non muslim women are not actually practicing and will only cherry pick islam when its convenient to push their personal agendas. As an example, any and all touch (including hugs, hand holding, kissing) between men and women is haram (forbidden) before marriage. Being alone (only man and woman) is also haram. These men don't hold themselves to that basic standard but then try to force their nonmuslim girlfriend to follow parts of the religon. He should make his intention clear to marry you and make it clear to your parents and his. Just informing you so you're empowered with knowledge of your rights in our faith and don't get pushed around though I don't know your situation.

Subhanallah, I loved this story. ❤ It's stories like these that make you say "Allah is so beautiful subhanallah". Inshaallah in my life when the right time comes,I hope that i can be shown signs like this and that my conviction in those signs will be strong inshaallah. I hope that Allah can guide me in my life, whatever happens in it inshaallah. Whilst I am nowhere being ready for marriage, as I get older I keep thinking about when it might happen; if I'll ever even find someone or if I'll run out of time.

this is such a beautiful story mashaAllah! The part that resonated the most was your reflection/realization that Allah was building you to be the righteous wife that your husband deserves. Subhannallah as women we sometimes get so sucked into the desperation of wanting companionship and wanting to be loved that we neglect the importance of developing ourselves to become a righteous companion and to build the qualities that the type of man we want deserves. Assalamu Aleikum Sis^^ Alhamdullillah .. this video popped up on my main page and I understand now the reason, it was the right time to listen for me🥹 I have been feeling so lonely and also hopeless in marriage. I felt like I am loosing the trust Astagfirullah! That's why I was afraid and very down and I think it was -marriage topic was the main cause. I will get myself together and work on myself more and have more patience and more more trust in Beautiful Allah's plan🥰🥰

I don't know of any books specifically on that to be honest, my best way that I went about it was learning the details of Khadija and other wives of the prophet SAW (but especially Khadija) and how she operated as a wife. Would it be helpful if I created videos on this topic?

I’m a man in my 20s and I thought I had met my future wife a little more than 2 years ago. However, things didn’t work out and I came to the realization that I just wasn’t at a stage where I was ready to be married yet. And I really like how you mention going back to the drawing board, since that is something that I have done since then. I’ve realized that there are things I need to accomplish in my career and in my own personal growth journey before I can get married. May Allah make it easy for me to find a righteous spouse when the time comes and I feel prepared enough for marriage.

I've been through lots of toxic relationships some of my friends use to tell me that it's okay all men are like this now it is impossible to find someone with such qualities on his deen .... but I found him he wasn't exactly like that in the beginning of our relationship but his deen now amazes me my engagement will be after a week inshalla lots of challenges some family members are telling me to let go it is not worth it, I did istekhara I saw my father in a dream "he passed away 10 years ago" he was happy listening to me talk about the guy next day he saw my father in his dream as well even though I didn't tell him about my dream he was happy sitting with us as if he is pleasant with our relationship now I say al hamdlallah that I didn't settle for less than what I wanted I feel at peace💗

My advice is to just center the work around being a beautiful woman inside and out, character, deen, health, and more. So no matter what is written for you, you can be sure you built a version of yourself that’s better

JazakAllah khair for this video, it was very informative. There was something that stuck out to me that I wanted to ask about -- what about those women who don't get asked about often, despite being at a marriageable age? In the case of some, they don't have an Islamic community where they are known, and they are not very involved with their own family such that proposals can come through there. What do you recommend for such sisters, especially considering the importance of the man pursuing the woman?

We have to use the means in front of us, so if a woman struggles because the typical paths are not open, she has to really cast the net wide, ask more people, let it be known she is available, there are apps and events for marriage and even though people diss them, they work for a lot of people.
