These planes are doing an extended roll to have the necessary power to do this. Normally you wouldn’t be able to do this right after a normal takeoff, you would stall out.

I flew on RyanAir once and I got my luggage back wet. Still don't know how. We also bounced to a stop at Dublin. Not "landed", no BOUNCED. My brother is now terrified of flying because of those yoyos.

Those stall warnings are going off crazy in that cockpit!

Do you know that if a commercial plane needs to climb a steeper than normal incline after takeoff, for example runaway 31 in the old Hong Kong Kai Tak airport, they need to offload the plane to half?

Robert Andrews I am pretty sure the planes shown in the video carried no passengers, no cargos and very little fuel to make that kind of Manoeuvre on takeoff. They are doing over 45 attack angle at low speed, because when they pitch the plane so quickly, the plane needs to be light enough to change angle of momentum quick , otherwise the angle of momentum would starve the engine from oxygen.

No this is just the limit of what is safe but it is still within the flight envelope at no point were they even close to stalling people confuse angle of attack with pitch angle

Although many shots were no where near vertical (90° Nose Up) you did provide some great footage with a camera angle that DOESN'T over exaggerate the aircraft's true angle.

u do realize that it's called an "airshow" and "aircraft flight testing"? the other comments are jokes and memes and yours is just plain dumb. This is never done with passengers on board as well.

Все это испытательные полеты без пассажиров и персонала, только летчики ...потому они испытывают полную тягу двигателей и работу элеронов и рулей при полной нагрузке .... А если бы там были пассажиры, то каждый из них, посчитал бы за честь набить бы морду каждому лётчику в отдельности..))
