I don’t understand why certain bodybuilders that use steroids lie and say they don’t like Arnold Schwarzeneggers biceps are/was 22 inches, and idk if they are anymore but especially for his age it’s very hard to have that type of body that old. An average human bicep is only 13 inches. And then my Bestfriend that has done bodybuilding completions and just works out everyday is 19.5 inches but he has worked out almost everyday since he was like 18 and he’s 34 now. So 🤷🏽‍♂️ why some bodybuilders bother to lie.

The hard work is building mass. But the craft lies in peaking at the right moment. The muscles are not quality muscles per se, tone, cut, mass etc. is fragile and it is an art to not implode like a bad souflé.
