The whole world is taking precautions, keeping people safely inside, practicing social distancing, right? Well no...In Belarus they do things differently. Bars and restaurants are open, few wear face masks outside and today they had a big celebration with crowds. So I went to take a look...Join me in the country that does things its own way.

    Thanks for the nice reports on Belarus. I went there twice last year and saw some of your video's before. It was a good preparation for my tour, thanks! I liked Minsk, Vitebsk and Brest so much that I also spent New Year 2019/2020 in Minsk. Beautifull city and very nice people. I speak a little Russisan and that als is very helpfull to talk with people on the street. Thanks again and I hope tot come back when this Corona-trouble is over. Greetings from the Netherlands!

    At 4:27 those two young guys having their arms around each other's neck is perfectly normal in Russia and most other Eastern European countries. I remember growing up in Romania as a teenager we did the same thing, it was nothing more than a gesture of love between good friends.     where are you from? i highly doubt you’re from the united states since you said you have social anxiety. the united states is full of confident people unlike the rest of the world. since balds channel is a travel channel there seems to be a lot of ppl from different countries who watch bald and comment on his videos. and a lot of those ppl talk ab how they have poor social skills and how balds social skills are really good. and tbh, balds social skills are at best, average.. 😂 come to the united states and you’ll see real confidence.

    Fun story, we don't have KFC in my country (Belgium) The firs ttime I saw a KFC, was in eastern Europe. I passed the building, the logo with all the red and the old man, the KFC letters. my first thought was: this must be the building of the communist party, that old guy featured on the flag must be some important communist leader.

    @@BamBamGT1 cool story :-D When I was in Poland I was schocked from that number of KFCs, they have them on every corner like pubs. Here in Czech Republic we have them too, but maybe something like 100 KFC for whole country and many of them are on highways so you can't see them in city, it's not on every corner like in Poland. Maybe number of them per milion of people is similar, but in Poland it's concentrated on few places.
