The Clancy Brothers' one is my favorite so far of this song but this version could easily become another favorite. And until now I did not even know that the Corries had one. Thank you for posting.

The final verse is: "So I'll gan back tae my trade o the weaving I'll fairly mak my wee shuttles flee And the devil's curses on Nancy Whisky For Nancy Whiskey has ruined me" Being that this is live, slight variations may be thrown in by Ronnie and Roy in each individual performance, so things may be slightly different. But this is the final verse for this particular performance.

Irish and Scottish songs sound so similar.
