It's such an underrated skill. Once you've lied to yourself, you can tell your opponents loads of honest bullshit

I've never seen such a slaughter. Your explanation was good about it being a gamble and high variance. It's basically a glass cannon build.

You should add a graph showing your rank over time!

I think it's fine, if they steal a sheep from another person then get a sheep trade for free they get 2 sheep instead of 1

​@matthewwells9366 that is a valid point. However, imo it is essential to block the 8 ore in this instance. Blue has a city and in the clear lead. If a few 8s roll, hard to be stopped. This ended up happening as the 8 rolled next orbit and blue got a second city.

​@@wpt729fx Yeah I guess... I mean it's easy to say that when we are justwatvhing the game and have time to think about it, and also we have the comfort of seeing the 8 pop off. But idk maybe that's results oriented. It's pretty unlikely someone solo blocks you that early. A more common block is the 10 or 3 sheep maybe? But idk I don't think manh people would solo block blue in a real game. I mean sure when we can analyze it seems obvious to block the 8 but it's not a clear mistake, I can see anyone make the same choice here

I'm glad that people are finally starting to see the value in coordinated squares, the bishop pairs of Catan, especially ore-wheat and wood-brick. It used to be this ridiculous common wisdom that no two tiles on which you place should have the same number.

That board was insane. Also with bricks being super rare here, OWS was popping even more than ever. Basically only 5 bricks were naturally gathered and for one player.

I am so thankful for these games it has helped my strategy so much please never stop

I mean the fact that 8's rolled like crazy & 6&7s didnt was really the key factor

Feel like u got even better past few months in many aspects. Tracking, calculated anything faster, genereal understanding of what any1 is trying to do. Wp. Getting afraid of meeting you in my rankeds 😂

In a game where the brick is so scarce, the Ore Wheat Sheep setup is so broken

They had no chance agains Ur hot double 8 and 4😂

Did some thorough comparison of the win % & games played in the current leaderboard, I think I found Dylan's current username in Colonist, but I won't say :P I used that current accounts history to compare the opponents names and lets just say hes currently close to top 50..

As forth here I would have taken the 6/11/5 wood wood wood spot and the 4/3/8 wheat wheat brick, pointed road to wood port, can someone help to explain why this is bad?

Hello. Tbh it's not easy to find a criticism but blocking the 10 ore at 13:45 is better than 5 wheat because now if the 10 rolls, red and black get dev material, as well, and they'll knight you as the leader. Edit: but you are on the 10 sheep so you do have a hedge if 10 rolls, I guess. Also, you just win a couple minutes...
