The Construction Time Lapse Cameras I Use // NZ Builder
These are the two cameras I've been using to capture construction time-lapses.
The new black camera is a Brinno Empower TLC2020
The older green one is Brinno Time-lapse Waterproof BCC100
As mentioned the newer camera was gifted to me by Brinno, but I paid full price for the first 2 green ones and would happily recommend them to anyone. These thoughts are my own.
I'm Josh, from New Zealand, and my wife and I are building on the section nobody wanted, it's been on the market for years, a tough site with multiple layers of challenges

Nice Dave, thanks for watching :)
We are having a construction project that's gonna last over 4 months and is it worth it getting the newer camera if so how often do you have to change batteries if you would only take pictures 2 eveey to 5 minutes.

Hey Ashlyn, it would recommend checking your time-lapse really early on, like a day or 2 in, then check it every 2 weeks or so, also there is a calculator on brinno website to work out battery life / card size and how long it should last
Maybe they should come solar powered
Been using those green Brinno's for years, they are reliable, but the quality isn't great.
Hi Josh, What time-lapse camera are you recommending a year on, please?
