I'm glad this flashback was shown because we see that his feelings for her wasn't one sided. It always came off as if it was just Fitz that loved Olivia but it was both of them that fell in love with each other. He was more open and not ashamed where she was more subtle and loved him from afar because she felt his presidency was more important. Remember she's raised that love is a weakness and that the Republic and power is what's important.

The contract, the constitution was written at a time when blacks were considered 3/5 of a human by men of power, leaders of the free word! Hundreds of years later, the leader of the free word is in love with a woman who just 2 centuries earlier wasnt consided a human, and their love would have been against the law. now in the new world, two people who fell in love now stand before the original constitution! Its a new world indeed, this scene is like the historical evolution of their union. great and wonderful scene!!!

DUE to these Videos, I once again became addicted to their love for each other, I am so obsessed, I rewatched all 7 seasons once again, after all this time I still have not seen this kind Chemistry between two Actors,even when you watch them in interviews about the show, that Chemistry is still there, these two people like they were made for eachother.

As we are watching her, here in her pain, Mellie was dwelling on him calling out Olivia's name when he was shot, and how if he dies what will become of her. Mellie being Mellie, while Olivia is STILL working to protect him, even when rebuffed by Mellie, she came to get a suit to make a statement. This is a gladiator! And a woman in love...

This is the aftermath of the rose garden scene. First he told her he loved her and was in love with her so now she's telling him. I think this is why she was pacing back and forth earlier in the rose garden because when he brought Mellie to her cabin she felt like his personal whore but he had to reassure her.

I felt like fitz never had an issue telling liv he loved her because he felt as if he had nothing to loose and if he didn’t have her he would’ve lost everything while liv struggled to display her feelings because it scared her how she would look to the world and she also doesn’t run on fear she thinks everything out and reworks everything she couldn’t control their situation

It’s like two kids on a field trip that snuck away to go see something and to be able to talk alone and then by the end of the conversation they’re boyfriend and girlfriend and then they join the group again lol

camryn olivia thought Fitz was dying, she was supposed to get mellies dress but when she touched Fitz Navy shirt she broke down now we know why we see olivia wearing his navy shirt in season 5 and season 6

@@metrocell2012 It's two different navy shirts. The long sleeve one is the one he wore when he gave her the sweet baby ring at Cyrus and James wedding. The short sleeve one is the one Fitz wears all the time. Mellie has never worn his navy shirts. Olivia has worn the short sleeve one twice.
