Hey Tyler, wanted to clear a couple things up. 1, I've never harassed anyone online. responding to tweets is not harassment. if you're relying on the deadspin article that claims I did harass someone, I'd encourage you to look into what actually happened. 2, what evidence do you have that I use "failed personal relationships" as an excuse to treat other people badly? I treat people in the same manner as they treat me. And I always default to treating people kindly and with respect until they prove that they don't deserve it or don't want to be treated that way, in which case I will treat them in the same manor they are treating me. 3, what evidence do you have to suggest that I treat my teammates poorly? Hopefully you're not getting fooled by the "anonymous sources" routine in the media...I challenge you to find a single teammate that's had a single negative thing to say about me in the last decade. 4, suggesting that I don't even have a little bit of value to add to an MLB organization is fine as your opinion, but just know that not a single person in baseball shares that opinion with you. 5, I'd honestly love an explanation of how I'm a "perfect example of obsession going too far and personal success coming at the expense of others"... if anything, I go out of my way to help others at the expense of myself, so I'd like to hear what evidence you're considering that led to this comment... and in regards to your thoughts about the allegations, you're more than welcome to your opinion, but the truth is, all the allegations against me are a complete sham. Lindsey Hill is a liar who targeted me to take my money. thank god she took a video of herself that disproves all her claims. between that video and the texts, it's been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that she's a complete fraud. and the others are even more absurd and baseless than hers, which will continue being proven out into the future. again, you're welcome to your opinion, but you're completely wrong on this one. with that being said, thanks for covering me on the channel and if you want to get the actual details on anything about my story straight from me, id be happy to share and answer any questions you have cheers

​@@mmonkeyman1403 Where are you getting this from? 10 - 4 record, 2.76 ERA, with 130 SO. Ranked 5th overall in Central (and top foreigner), and one of the best SO/IP in his league. I can name a number of pitchers with worse stat lines in NPB that returned to the states and pitch multiple years of 3.50+ ERA seasons in the bigs. I don't want to go on a rant but I believe if he was resigned to staying out of MLB and accepted playing in NPB instead of using it to try to drum up interest from teams, he would've made more adjustments and his second season would've been even better.

I was under the impression that (and you completely missed covering this aspect of bauer) he publicly was a good person and refused to cheat while pitching, while all of the other MLB pitchers were using various substances to increase their spin rate...he even called out his old rival Gerrit Cole for cheating during coles Cy young winning season....after Cole signed a 200m dollar contract with the Yankees, Bauer realized that the cheating wouldn't stop and vowed to be the best cheater in the league. He hired a chemist who made Bauer a specific substance that allowed him to increase his spin rate more than the standard substances other pitchers were using and he won the Cy Young award...the dodgers signed him to a 200m dollar contract so they could get the chemistry of his substance and then proceeded to black ball him from the sport....basically he was a good dude, a hard worker, and a non-cheater and he saw his cheating-ass rival win a cy young and sign with the yanks so he publicly called out the MLB to become the best of the best cheater....then he actually became the best cheater and called out the MLB again, basically letting everyone know the extent of the cheating amongst pitchers while simultaneously becoming the best pitcher in the league...lastly the MLB blackballed him for calling them out....

I'm afraid it's not complicated at all. Baseball hates individuals that don't toe the line. He embarrassed the game by revealing major tacky behaviour and then used their reality against them. He then got mee too'd by some crazy slag and the commissioner saw this as an opportunity. Are we going to see this type of thing with Ohtani? He's very close to some major gambling stakeholders.

He was not me too'd. He was innocent. He was accused falsely of a crime and the accusation completely crumbled fairly quickly. Let's not lie about what happened just because baseball turned a nothing burger into something it wasn't. Bauer was cleared during the same season of all wrong doing by a judge, he should have been playing the next day. The league acted and is still acting like a monopoly to attack him for being publicly honest about flaws with the MLB. Bauer is a modern day Jim Bouton.

okay then dashaun watson shouldn't be allowed to play. bauer was proven innocent for the only allegation that actually took him to court. i think the mlb doesn't want him to play and the league agreed on this for his antics and personal branding tbh.

The question in court was whether or not it rose to the level of assault, and the initial accuser and him settled out of court. “Bauer answered, “No, and like, that’s why it’s confusing. I didn’t feel like I hit you that hard, you know? And certainly, like, I tried telling you multiple times, ‘Do you want to stop? Are you OK?’ And, like, you said to keep going. So I just was trying to follow your lead on it.””

Trevor is the Rainman of baseball. If the know it all jocks would just swallow some pride and get behind him, they would find a great team mate. He will always seem childish in ways. He will always say the wrong things at bad times. But he's a good guy inside and he would rather get along. But trying to change him will always create problems and he won't budge. The secret is to be a bigger person than Trevor. He doesn't need to be punished. Just let him play and ignore the rest. His obsession with pitching is his strength and his weakness. So he's a great pitcher and a jerk. Without it, he would just be a jerk. In the end, he's good for baseball and has already changed the game in ways. No matter what career he chose, he would have been one of the best and hated by his peers. How bad do they want to win? Apparently it's not that important to most of them.

It’s possible. I went from 72 mph to 81 mph without a growth spurt from my 8th to 9th grade year by better mechanics and long tossing a softball. Only to be switched to a catcher lol

What he has done for young guys like my that used his info to get into college ball, I have nothing but huge respect for Bauer. Along with the allegations, the lady has actually come out and said that she lied. He hasn't had any problems with that in a long time

You did not even mention that the S Assult case was busted when the "victim" was uncovered to have posted photos of herself.mark free and smiling when Bauer was accused of hitting her. And for a player who is supposed to be disliked by other players he has a lot of player friends.

Its litterally just because Rob Manfred doesnt like him. Trevor Bauer is a top 20 pitcher in the world. He is BETTER than 3 years ago. You have a good point saying that all he focuses on is baseball. What do you think hes been doing for the last 3 years? He never stopped pitching. I could name litterally dozens of convicted criminals playing in the MLB. There is absolutly 0 reason why he shouldnt be on a team. The man throws 100 and is better than he was. Seemingly, becoming a "better" person as well. Not to say i thought he was a bad person before. Every single MLB team would benefit from signing him. He has more fans than you think. Plus he will generate more wins. The dude litterally taught me how to pitch. The way he explains spin axis and hip rotation make sense to me. Litterally just watched a few of his vids, then i could throw a slider and my velo was up.

Enjoyed the high quality and unbiased commentary... until the end. I feel like it's unfair to take sides on that matter, especially due to the lack of evidence. Just because he hasn't been resigned yet does not mean he did those terrible things. Overall good coverage, but the final minutes were questionable at best.

You were early!

Bauer EMBARRASSED the league with many things latest being the sticky substance debacle that pitchers are still being notably and publicly checked for. He’s blackballed for the Trevor Bauer pitcher inspection rule and that’s it. If he wasn’t an mlb team would sign a guy who has improved in all measurable categories since winning the CY Young in his last full season. On a side note this has probably made him grow up a lot which is your only critique you have in this video. Used to love the content, won’t be watching anymore.

He's no more weird than a lot of players in the league. Pitcher's have to have a different approach, mentality, and competitive obsession. Regarding his replies to people on social media, I think if a person goes online to criticize or dog on you then it's open season. If he felt the need to fire back and defend himself, so be it! So many people hide behind their phones or laptops and blast people because they think no one's going to call them on it. He's made some mistakes, some bad choices, and caused some to dislike him, but Pitcher's in general are quirky. It's what makes them unique and intimidating to others. He's also still maturing. He should get another chance in the league like everyone else. I think he's paid a price that has humbled him a great deal. His story of focus, obsession, and demanding work to become an elite pitcher is something that should be be taken under consideration about the man. Confidence is something people mistake as arrogance, sometimes. Competing at a high level, all your life demands an assertiveness mentally to believe in yourself and be the best. My wish is that Bauer gets to the place where he is able to just go out and pitch without all the outside interference that surrounds him. It would be a great story and a great opportunity for him to learn from the past.

Great video. You should have way more subs. Sounds like he is on the spectrum. It's too bad people didn't give him his space to do what he does. That is being an amazing pitcher.

You had such a good video until you you threw in your own personal feelings and speculations into it. You are just as bad as everyone else who is blackballing him with that.
