The Complete Taylor Swift Story (2024) FULL BIOGRAPHY DOCUMENTARY w/ SUBS | HD

Ойын-сауық

In 2003, at age 13, Taylor went to Nashville to try and sign with some major labels but was rejected. She tried her luck again the following year and received an artist development deal with RCA Records before becoming the youngest artist (age 15) signed by the Sony publishing house, but left shortly afterwards due to concerns that "development deals may shelve artists”.
However, Taylor Swift had now become unstoppable, her career has lasted longer than that of the Beatles, and even broke the band's once-deemed "unbeatable" records. Critics lauded her ability to remain culturally relevant and successful 18 years into her music career, writing that the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, David Bowie and Bruce Springsteen were past their prime at that stage.
Her career may have had it’s highs and lows, but there really is no stopping Taylor Swift.

Also you cant be middle class and wealthy they are NOT the same thing she grew up middle class NOT wealthy know the facts before you speak

I'm sorry that this is going to be rather long. I'm a 69 year old man and I guess I've been a Swiftie since the beginning. So many of her songs resinate with my own life like they do for most people who listen to her and understand. I don't think there's a single one of my friends that like her and I get made fun of which is great. Few have really listened to her and its hard not to be a little bit smug because I know what they're missing out on. I'm bipolar and find crowds almost impossible to tolerate and so I've not been to any of her tours. This year I nearly died of septic pneumonia and decided that I was somehow going to get to see her when she came to the uk as it might be my last opportunity and seeing her live is number 1 on my bucket list. I'm fortunate enough to be able to go onto the resale sights to get tickets. My friend's daughter is a Swiftie and so I decided to take her and her mum. I've bought tickets for things before but have almost always bottled it. The crowd was going to be 70k plus but the whole way Taylor has lived her life is SO inspirational and with the help and encouragement of my friend and her daughter I managed to get to the concert. I'm amazed at how much more confident I am now and it's Taylor and those I went with I have to thank for that. So Taylor Swift thank you so much for all the joy you have brought into my life during your career just as you have to so many millions of others. Thank you too for writing the words that have helped me understand my own feelings. Please keep on keeping on having the courage to speak out in areas where things need to change and to share some of the most intermate parts of your life in your songs. I think I ended up paying about £650 for each ticket for seats that were pretty mediocre. The concert was worth every penny and more!

I met Taylor at eight years old. I was coming out from a guitar lesson. I saw a little girl crying. (My girl was eight.) I asked her what is wrong. She said my fingers hurt. I told yea. Mine hurt. You have to keep practicing. You will get calluses. It will be better. I met her at Freds later and the boys said Taylor give Donna a cd. (The boys were jealous of her at Freds. It was homemade written with marker for the title. I gave it to a little Taylor lover. I see her on TV wining an award. I told my family I know that girl. The whole family said sure! I think God out me at the top of the steps to encourage her. This is what I do in life, help people speak up and move in. Enjoy life.

I’m a 58 year old man and only really discovered her this year. Amazing beautiful talented woman with the world at her feet and deservingly so. Even I can relate to her music as we’ve all been hurt, spurned dumped etc. I’m not too sure about the latest release but the last 17 years are all quality albums and I urge everyone to give her and the music a listen. 🫶

I’m seeing her this Sunday in Dublin for the eras tour ❤❤Harry styles isn’t the nice person the public think he is he’s actually nasty and narcissistic because he’s famous I’m glad she saw it and broke away from him ❤one thing about Taylor she puts on a great show and does it for her fans look at the eras tour footage so far even though she’s exhausted and even suffered in the heat doing this tour she went on yet little mix Called of shows one time because one of them had a sore throat now the rest of the group could’ve played on because they ended up being one down eventually doing tours when one left it’s the fact little mix waited until fans were waiting to enter the venues and some cases inside the venues and seeing little girls crying that put me off them 😢the fact she sings about her life shows that she doesn’t her fans to listen to lies from tabloids and other artists who don’t like her fir her success ❤and Taylor wouldn’t lie about trying to buy her masters back which was why she re-recorded her first 6 albums so it would devalue what the industry was holding and stealing from her and I applaud her for it because the singer Prince was murdered for trying to get his masters back and his fear was being found dead in his lift in his house yet he was found dead in his lift Prince knew what was coming yet he didn’t back down if only he had that light bulb moment of re-recording his music I believe he’d be alive today I just hope and pray the industry doesn’t bump her off to take her music because in the eyes of the industry they are worth more dead than alive whfn they achieve highest of fame look at Micheal Jackson he was definitely killed off for profit they knew he couldn’t do a last tour so they go for the shock factor and sacrifice artists then fans go buck daft sales go way up because of the death it’s not a nice industry it’s where Satan sits and why artists are called idols,as God says false idols 😢❤

There were some mislead facts + lots of important events missed but i think at this point, if anyone wants to make any Biographical videos about Blondie, the video gonna be 13 hrs long & it still wont be enough..(maybe Blondie would make her own biographical video someday??) Still, i think its a good effort though perhaps some transition could be smoother 😊😊

Got facts backwards. She signed with Sony/ATV Publishing as a songwriter at 14. She signed the development deal with RCA at 15 but left, did a performance at Bluebird Cafe and signed with Big Machine Records at 15. You said Harry Styles wrote 'I Knew You Were Trouble'. Actually Taylor wrote it solo about him. He is not listed as writer. Whoever wrote this needs to practice the art of storytelling. This video has no peak, poor continuity and ends abruptly like someone quit talking in the middle of a sentence.

If I'm uncomfortable playing her music in front of my kids which I am now after the last 2 newest albums, that's a problem. She was doing Fantastic before adding in those lyrics, so why stray from that? SMH.

I cant help but feel. That she got bigger because people felt sorry for her the way bmr treated her and sold her music. Although legally they didn't do no wrong. But here was mistreatment to her. I don't think she would have been bigger if it wasn't for that. And her eras tour it's getting lots of attention. Mainly for its higgest grossing tour of all time. No one criticises her for over charging her fans for eras tour. Especially US prices were insane. She makes like 100m or more for a stadium tour. She don't need to over charge. I find this very disrespect to her fans. But it's ok when stars wanna mistreat us I guess. Fair enough you got huge demand. But you don't need to overcharge when you're already gonna earn to live financial free. Even worse when youre made. Gotta give her credit her ttpd stream record numbers are super huge. Not sure she would have got that if the eras tour didn't make 1bn in once continent and getting lot of attention

  • @the_real_raj

I don't believe she is in charge of the "overcharging" all by herself. I think a lot of the accountability goes to the ticket resellers - for example Ticketmaster. They know how sought after they are, therefore know that people will pay an absurd price for them.

  • @arianagrandefan934

    @arianagrandefan934

@the_real_raj true yes. Tm have last say. But in negotiations I'm sure she's asked for prices to be set higher. Because she knows fans/audience will pay it. I'm sure I saw on news for her 2108 tour. In Australia she wanted the tickets close to her to be sold at 2k per ticket. Although idk if it is true. Because how the press works. They lie a lot. And tbh Its only mainly In US the prices were high. Most of Europe apart from the famous stadiums in big cities. Prices are lot lower and affordable. The owning her music. Is all about money. Like all the artists before her. They want the most money. she was very clever when to play the victim. And also clever with her words. Just like her lyrics in icdiwabh "fake it till I male it and thats what I did" I remember when her music got brought. She said they're ruining my legacy..no offense but back them she hadn't done enough to earn a legacy. And I was thinking. Taylor you're early in your career. And you're going on like a living legend. It takes time to build a legacy. Ofc she has done that now.

  • @Musiknird

It's the event organiser that mainly set the prices for a concert and in the US it's an unregulated market. Here in Sweden the tickets cost from $90 to $250 for VIP tickets, but tickets here are subsidised by the government because they want culture, art and music to be available for everyone as it's considered as something of high value. This is why a third of all the concert goers at the Eras Tour in Stockholm were from the USA. It was cheaper for Americans to buy concert tickets, flight tickets and hotel stay here than buying concert tickets in the US.
